That Strickly Diesel oil pan dip stick holder is the one where the inside nut drops into the pan and it has 2 o-rings on the outside piece. Remove the bolt on the left and just loosen the bolt on the right. The inside piece should swing and allow you to remove the adapter altogether from pan. Those are awesome adapters and expensive (i have one). By looks of the pan (rust) though, you might need a whole new pan for your rebuild.👍

That’s what I thought it was always wanted one but never wanted to spend the money! I’ll definitely be re using it. And you are correct I already have a brand new oil pan and moroso gasket waiting to be installed. Thank you!

The bellows is fine, we have Turbine engines at work that all look like that.

Question on your red single cab shorty what kind of rear drive shaft did you use ?

Used the driveshaft it had on it. But cut it down 16” and welded it back together.

Nice power plant!! I've got a 2001 7.tree f2shity with over 820 thousand miles all original. Still stroking and purrs like a kitten 😸... 13 letter shitspreader INTERNATIONAL best diesel ever made..I've been driving mine for almost 24 years now. Plowed every winter of its life in Michigan...wouldn't trade it for a rocket ship
