I have the same case. Now to make a charge case out of it. Great video.

Looks great. I’m wondering why in all of these cases people are using DC power when the chargers have AC power?

What power supply amperage are you using. I have everything but the power supply box and need to know the amps your using

hey there can you give me a schematic or explain how that 12vdc 120vac selector switch works? I'm not sure I understand how to set it up. also I'm not sure what would happen if I put 12v on the 12 v side of the power supply if it will mess it up

Hey Sean, I had the same reservations about hooking an auxiliary 12v source to the 12v output side of my AC power supply. After a little poking around, I found that the AC power supply has a diode in the circuit, so I assumed it would be fine.
It has worked just fine for the last year.
The switch is just a single pole in line between my aux DC in port and the bridge on the AC power supply outlet. It's main purpose is to prevent sending power out of the aux DC in port when using the AC power supply.

So you hook the dc power from battery to the output of the power supply? I can’t figure out how to use my inverter to power my power supply unless I use the charger ac adapter to plug directly into the inverter

    What size case is it

I hate to say it, but there is a fatal flaw in your design. I saw no 'fire protection' in regards to lipo batteries when charging or storing them.

Chris basically you carry them in a metal ammo can. And never leave them unattended while charging
