Susan, thank you so much for sharing; I so enjoy and look forward to your “Artist Diaries” and really do appreciate that you and Scott take the time to make them-I always learn from your generosity and am truly thankful for it. Btw, I have a brand new can of Krylon Fine Art fixatif and now I’ll be a bit more confident when it comes time for me to try it out, thank you for mentioning it-it’s seemingly small things like this that can make a significant difference to a young, aspiring, artist like myself. Thank you again. With much gratitude.
I've done a fair amount of mountain climbing; going up is good aerobically but going down is far more taxing on the body. Susan, next time take along a walking stick or better yet two ski poles. Thanks for letting us join in. Happy New year.
Thank you both for this delightful New Years Day audiovisual smorgasbord. This made my day! An extraordinary menu it was, including the surprise desert - a walk through the Pilot Mountain State Park. Lots of WOW moments as I was seeing so many amazing landscape painting possibilities . . .and then further inspiration during the chicken visit - such beautiful plumages, shapes and sizes -there's a whole series of chicken (and rooster) portraits in them there Gallus domesticus! Loved that little one with her feathery boots. To you and Scott, a bountiful and art-filled 2025!
