Great choices! I have to make meal shakes for my dad because he's 92 and bed-bound. He has two smoothies per day. I add water and almond milk and a bit of pineapple orange juice. I switched up the fruits and vegetables and always I'm sure to put in flax seeds, hemp seeds and chia seeds in every smoothie as well as either vegan meal powder or vegan protein powder and everything that goes into the smoothie is organic.❤
Freezing as ice cubes to blend later and pre-portioning in freezer bags are complete game changers! Your videos are so calming and informative, I found your chia pudding video thanks to the algorithm and you've quickly become one of my favorite channels :) thank you so much!
So happy I discovered your site. You have really inspired me to follow your smoothie suggestions. I have also ordered the mason jars/lids for your overnight oat recipes. Thankyou for your inspiration! 😊😊

This is great, thanks so much! I always struggle with getting the consistency of my smoothies correct(they turn out too thick most of the time!), so I am very excited to try this recipe!
I just bought a Ninja Smoothie maker and will be taking it out of the box tomorrow to try a recipe or two that you listed. I am brand new at this, but have decided to do whatever is necessary to eat better. This is exciting!!
Well, accept a lot of good recipes, I can see a start of a really good channel. Well done, keep going and keep doing it simple like this! Love it 🙌😊 Greetings from Serbia 🇷🇸
Great video! Going to try one with some plant-based yogurt as I have a family history of Cancer and need to avoid the estrogen and BLV in dairy. Thanks for posting
Thank you for great video! You could also add FRUTTBERRY blend to these smoothies and get a greater variety of vegetables and fruits in the easiest way!
I enjoyed your video and gathered some good ideas. I wasn't following your recipe when I did this. I found that when I used watermelon or apple (Honeycrisp or golden delicious), there was an unpleasant texture of pulp and too much foam in my smoothie. Dark leafy veggies have a lot of vitamin K in them and clot the blood. This probably isn't a good choice for people who sit a lot and don't get much exercise (or have blood clots). One of my favorites smoothie flavors just has 3 ingredients: 1/2-1 cup orange juice, 1/2-1 cup pineapple juice and a cup of chopped fresh kale.
I was wondering ,what would the carbs be in a cup of these smoothies.Iam diabetic, but I would love to drink these smoothies.I like all the flavours and also like the over night oats to.Thank you for the great recipes.
Hi there! Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to calculate the carb breakdowns for each of these smoothies, but I'll try to include them in future videos. Thanks for watching!

During his earthly life Jesus was tempted with all of the things we struggle with, emotions, natural disasters, hunger, power, greed, lust, loss, etc. but He never sinned, he never gave into temptation and turned away from God in selfishness. And He died an awful death, because people didn't believe He was God. Hi there! I typically use vanilla natural whey isolate protein, I like it for its clean nutritional profile! I like brands such as ON, which is one of the better tasting brands to me. Hope that helps!
That's a great suggestion for a future video! Thanks for sharing and I'm glad to hear there's interest in more healthy recipes. Generally, I like to stick to whole foods every meal - a typical meal for me has some source of protein (chicken breast, turkey, fish, etc.), a portion of carbs (brown rice, quinoa), and unlimited vegetables. I can definitely come up with more content in the future to offer more suggestions on how to achieve this, but I hope that helps for now!
Where do you get the frozen spinach at? Is Almond milk better than Oat milk I’m Lactose and Fructose intolerant? Thank you . P.S. I love your Chia puddings.
Hi there! Yes the Nutritbullet Pro 900 works great for smoothies! Depending on the recipe, you may have to adjust some of the quantities given the smaller size of the blender container (or just separate them into smaller batches). Just something to keep in mind. Thanks for watching!
Wow excellent brilliant shareing I sending my gift see in next keep growing up stay blessed stay connected have a nice day hope to see you around thank you
Thanks so much for watching! Yes whey protein powder can definitely be used as well - in fact, since it typically already contains sweetener, you can use it as a substitute for maple syrup and reduce the sugar content in the process (with the benefit of extra protein)! It's a great choice :)
Hi there! Great question. It would depend on the size of your bullet blender (mainly the size and capacity of the cup) as I've seen quite a variety of different sizes. I have a Nutrubullet that comes with a 24-oz cup, and I find that it generally works well for the quantities suggested. Again, depending on the ingredients you use - if you use some larger ingredients (like the large, bulky frozen spinach blocks that I use) and find you run out of room in the blender cup, you may just want to reduce everything by 1/4 or 1/3 to start. Hope that helps!
Hey there! I use a Vitamix blender - I've got a link in the video description box to the specific model I use if you're interested. Hope that helps, thanks for watching!
I actually got mine from Walmart! Perhaps it may be a store-by-store (or regional) thing as far as availability goes? I'm in Canada, and they're called Great Value Natural Chopped Spinach Nuggets here :)

I have a question ,am watching from Kenya, I went to shop for a blender and was told there some that cant take frozen stuff as it will mess it up so they said I need higher wattage how many watts is your blender?
Great question! My Vitamix blender (the one shown in the video) is 1500 watts, but I also have a small Nutribullet Pro that's 900 watts that works for frozen fruits/vegetables in smoothies as well. Hope that helps and hope you'll be able to find something that works for you!
That helps ,the one she recommended was from 800 watts, I remember from one of your videos you said we need to use a powerful blender, thanks now I can go shopping ajf make the smoothies and icecream
Used this formula for my own green smoothie and LOVED it! However, I found it generates a LOT of liquid - like 3/4 glasses. Way too much for one sitting. Anyone else found d this and what do you do? Fridge or freeze the remains?
Hi there! Typically each recipe makes about 2 large glasses - you can certainly refrigerate the remains if consumed within a short period of time, however it's best to freeze them. I like to pour them into ice cube trays - it makes them super convenient, easy and ready to blend whenever you feel like having a smoothie!
