The problem that England faces and even faced is that it never did understand other living beings whom they identified as human beings. Actually, different living specieses currently mentioned as human beings are actually different animal specieses. There was a time around 2004-07, when I used to enter into online discussions with many native English folks, Irish persons and also with Asians domiciled in some native-English nation, on a British website.
I am from South Asia. South Asia is a place with various ethnic populations.
The insight I got was that in all the online conversations with the native-English folks, there was not much of a way to mark me out as a non-English person, other than my admission that I was not one.
However, I do not look English. And there was nothing in my immediate physical surroundings that was English. The society was entirely different from the England of those times. Everything was different. Most of the people had not heard of internet and the word 'software' was of beyond human (animal) comprehension!
Even though there were people around me who could understand and use English, the local language was more or less impossible for an ordinary English man to comprehend or learn.
All that happened was that I was having a computer with me and a snail-paced Internet.
Just imagine if a similar technical gadgetry could be given to the ants, the mice and to the chimpanzees and gorillas! Their thoughts would appear online. It would seem that they are similar to the current-day beings who identify themselves as human beings.
