I believe that you have covered fundamental aspects in your discussion. Let me add that in some cultures, there is something we call nepotism, if this is the right word. In the Arab culture, we call it “Mahsoobiah”. If I am the manager, I appoint someone from my side, i.e., relative of someone I know. This person may know how to do the or he may not. In all cases, and even if he knows how to stick to his job description, all in all, he will end up being the spy of the manager who appointed him. This will always be done to show his thankfulness for being selected. In some cultures, most of the organization's staff are appointed by nepotism more than qualifications, and other employees from different cultures have to do most of the work because they are genuinely qualified.
Thank you so much. I have traveled to many places around the world and I find what you have presented to be my experience and quite relevant. I learned some things as well. Thanks again, God bless.
I simply think it is the worst way to work and build things: “indirectly” communication and feedback. There is a lot misunderstanding in between. I don’t understand that once we resolved a conflict it should end. But people keep doing “revenges” Everything is an immaturity to any Project and Organization. Lack of motivation and recognizement is another thing that affect the all team.
