How to Replace the Thermostat on 2000-2006 Nissan Sentra. This Vehicle I am working on is a 2005 Nissan Sentra 1.8L

What is the part called that the thermostat bolts into?

No New thermostat housing gasket?

I don't think it came with one, I believe the rubber around the thermostat creates the seal.

Question do you have to use a sealing around the housing because I see you didnt.

Your thermostat installation is wrong, on your thermostat there is a bleeder valve that must be facing upward so that the air in cooling system can escape..
And if would've paid attention it's even printed on the thermostat itself

Thanks for Pointing this out, however its installed correctly as there is an arrow and the words stamped "UP", its not seen in the video because the video is running at 5x speed and it probable the part that was sped up. I could have done a better job when I did the voice over and emphasized on that but didn't think nothing of it since its clearly marked with the BIG arrow and Letters.
