In the winter my 03 sentra would randomly not put out heat from the HVAC, my coolant disappears, and in the spring now it smokes after being warmed up and climbing hills. I have a thermostat here in my seat, going to replace that. But I wonder where my coolant is going? I'm sure its a bad tube or bad cap but I dont see any obvious leaks

If the car don't have a leak check if is coming out through the tail pipe. I would check if the car has coolant in the spark plugs. I would also check if the car has a blown head gasket

@@NoneMechanic101 Gasket seems fine, oil is clean, no white exhaust, replaced the spark plugs pretty recently they were dry

@@NoneMechanic101 it could be a hard to find leak maybe that i am missing. I will check more thoroughly for that I think first. I drive 50-90 miles a day and I would say my reservoir is gone in two weeks or less. Seems like I should be able to find a leak that bad yea? Then again I city drive delivering pizzas, could it be evaporating through the cap or a smaller leak?

If your car has bleeder valve it can be don't that way

get your self a Brass wire wheel, its easier to use than a razor blade .
