Ingredients:
- Cake:
- 150 grams of salted butter.
- 275 grams of white granulated sugar.
- 3 eggs.
- 240 grams of buttermilk (215 grams of milk + 25 of vinegar)
- 25 grams of natural cocoa powder.
- 325 grams of cake flour. ( you could use All purpose flour instead)
- 10 grams of vinegar.
- 10 grams of baking soda.
- 5 grams or teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- 14 grams of red gel food coloring (1 tbsp)
- Ermine Buttercream
- 500 grams of whole milk.
- 80 grams of common flour.
- 250 grams of sugar.
- 450 grams of salted butter.
- Pinch of salt.
- 5 grams or teaspoon of vanilla extract.
** I used three 7 inch round pans (18 centimeters in diameter)
** Cakes ar baked at 160 celcius or 320 fahrenheit for approximately 30 minutes.
