    I was injured after I lost my balance and hit my head on the asphalt.I was going to the gym and doing weights before but I had to stop because my head was spinning. I'm trying to do these exercises more gently.

    Thanks, your video has given me the motivation to get moving again. I have bone on bone in both hips and most days just didn't feel like doing anything.
