    Hello thanks so much for this. Just 2 questions. 1. In the detailed view, it says at the top "The task names automatically populate from Project Tracking sheet". But the task on Streamline is not replicating automatically on detailed view. 2. Please can you tell me how I can add more colour coded project phases with different colours (other than the given 5).

      Thank you for your order, and I'm happy to help! The two Gantt Charts work independently from each other. Typically users prefer one or the other. I'm happy to help you add more project phases as well! I'll send you a direct message on Etsy.

    Is there a simple way to change the time frame window at the top so it's not showing progress from week after week and more so maybe every couple of weeks or that each block is just 1 month?? What if I'm trying to have a gantt chart of an entire year fit within a printable window and I want to "zoom out" so to speak and not have so granular from week to week in the gantt chart itself?

      Great question! Using the Project Week drop down is a good way to have a monthly or quarterly view of your project

      @@dressedinjoy thanks! but i might be missing something. I tried this already and changing the project week in the drop down simply changes which week of the year the gantt chart begins displaying, it doesn't seem to change the interval by which the gantt chart displays. does that make sense? is there another adjustment I need to make to change the interval of time between columns in the gantt chart?

      @@ryanhashemi_ yes that makes sense. At this time the Gantt chart is displayed in weeks rather than another time interval, so using the project week menu allows for a “monthly” or “quarterly” view by changing when the Gantt chart starts

    how to highlight the cells from end date to today after passing end date? in Excel

    • @dressedinjoy
      @dressedinjoy  Год назад

      I’m not sure I understand your question. Which specific rows and columns in the template would you like to highlight?

      @Ahmed-Tv001 Год назад

      @@dressedinjoy lets assume end date is 1/8/2023 and today is 4/8/2023 in Gantt Chart calendar i want to highlight from day 1/8 to 4/8 as a warning for late task ( i want it auto highlight everyday )

      Thank you for clarifying! I would use the second sheet “Detailed View” and add your task start and end dates. I would then add 0% to the percentage complete column to show the task was never completed. This will change that column to white and will easily stand out from other tasks
