  • Today is the first bash with the HPI Vorza S Flux Truggy. I have made some subtle changes to the set up including the following:
    -10,000wt oil in front diff
-20,000wt oil in the rear diff
    -100,000wt oilin Centre (Stock)
-50wt oil in Shocks (Stock) (approximately)
    -Kyosho IF348-1116 Springs in Front
    -Kyosho IF348-1016 Springs in Rear
-Sanwa MT4 Transmitter with RX-47T reciever
    -HPI Blur 6s ESC
    -Dynamite Fuse 2200kv motor
I received this truggy as a roller and I provided my own electronics and radio. Other than this the truck is stock.

Thanks for the info. I have one inbound, am am trying to nail down some spring different spring options to try on track. Did yours come with droop screws? What springs are you running now?

You are welcome. Congrats on the purchase. I love mine! Here are all the springs I have purchased:
      All Kyosho Products
      IFS002-815
      IFS002-8515
      IFS001-7515
      IFS001-715
      IFS003-915
      IFS001-815
      IF350-714
All of these fit but they vary in length, number of windings and wire thickness. Some are too short for the Truggy and the droop is excessive. The springs that worked for me are:
      Front IFS002-815
Rear IFS001-7515 (soft) but you could also use IFS002-8515 which is longer and will be stiffer.
The droop screws are not included so I recommend getting some M4x12 or M4x15 set screws. Hope this helps! Let me know if you need anything else!

Why aren’t these rtr coming with droop screws? The exploded view shows them in the manual?
      Part number Z725.

Yeah from what I can tell nobody got drop screws. My guess is it was an error in the factory.

Thank you for your interest. Yes I plan to make shock towers, Centre Diff/motor mount, front and rear braces too.
