Thank you so much your channel helped me jump a couple inches higher and I am trying to jump higher because when summer is over I'm going to tryout for 7th grade basketball team and I'm very Short compared to everyone in my school so I'm going to need a good Vert.
Really chill Video but amazing to watch, maby u should do These more often 😊 and add your hottakes on thoses vids too so we learn while enjoying one of our fav athlete.
Nice to see you getting healthier! I've been doing plyos once a week for the past few weeks, but when I'm doing them I don't really feel my muscles getting tired or burning. I just feel out of breath. Maybe you know what I'm doing wrong?
My bro you flying I'm tryna get like you but I have been getting really bad knee pain for about a month now tried leg extension isometrics but still have pain in my knee, could you recommend me some exercises or maybe even a knee pain program?
Hey man, you improved a lot since your injury! You can try to put your basket-ball hoop at the end of your driveway. Don't put your hoop horizontally. put it vertically, so that you dont get this little bumpy thing. If you put it vertically, it's not going to be flat tho... Anyways, I also don't have great equipment but that ain't an excuse. No excuses. Stay on the grind king 🗿
Recently I been getting knee pain from like straighting my left leg to much off the jump idk why it does that my right leg is fine, but when I jump my left seems to not like to go straight and I have to keep it bent when jumping now kinda. Any tips ??
Yo I got a question for you. Would you recommend THP? I have severe patellar tendinopathy (Jumper's knee) and I would also like to increase my vertical. Only issue is that it is crazy expensive. Do you think there would be a way for me to get rid of knee pain and improve my vertical without THP?
I was honestly in the same boat as you. Crippling knee pain and i didn't wanna spend money. Ended up buying THP and their training cured my knee pain and it was worth it. You can try following the advice on my knee pain vids, but there's nothing thats gonna be as good as being provided a full program meant for knee pain
@@DAVID06 Oh. It could be, but during armswing the arms tends to always be in unison with eachother. I see what you mean with his lob dunks that the right arm starts first. Never really noticed arm swing patterns before though😅
Nice bro! Those low rims sessions are gonna get you right 💪🏼
My guy👊🏽 I appreciate you! Tryna get that 40 inch vertical back lol
Love to see you're on your way back man. Always motivating me to keep pushing

can you do a warmup video for dunk sessions?
Loving the mic'd up sessions
I appreciate the love👊🏽 imma do these more
You should train dunking from all plans. I mean RL and LR. (as kneesovertoesguy said)

You should get a measuring tape to measure the height of ur rim if u don’t know it
Where are your streches?
I like these mic’d up sessions, gotta pull out the tape measure 🤣 but yeah it’s more than likely 9’ 10”.
Too lazy to go out and get one 😂 it might even be closer to 9'9 but at least I got an open rim
@@RiqB I feel it, is it 6” increments or infinite adjustments?
What did your jump session look like before your injury
A lot of random jumping with an unorganized warm up
bro my driveway does the same thing to my lobs lmao
It's the worst😭
Is it me or is a right left pendulum jump form very rare?!
I don't think it is
@@RiqB all I know who has that form is Isaiah. Lol
@@DAVID06 No, Isaiah is left right. And right left jumping is very common, its the orthodox way of jumping fir right handers
@@rexwindmill I know that but I mean with a pendulum arm swing.
@@DAVID06 Oh. It could be, but during armswing the arms tends to always be in unison with eachother. I see what you mean with his lob dunks that the right arm starts first. Never really noticed arm swing patterns before though😅
can i get a shoutout
