Its actually pretty bad if you consider he shot it on the 8K RED weapon. He makes the dynamic range of the camera look like a video camera to the point that it actually looks like a cheap dslr.
Werd. I bought almost this exact spec Tesla used and it has 125k miles on it, the enhanced AP still works pretty good on the highway, battery is barely degraded, it still charges quickly at low SOCs. It’s not worth $55k on the used market but all the features make it oddly valuable vs another $15k used EV like a LEAF or a Bolt that you might cross shop it with.
If your planning on regularly reviewing cars, then yes you must do it. You are a natural at it, and that's not what you'd normally expect from a Geek!! :-)

Interior is crowded and horrible, revs like a bitch and eats petrol the same way to produce a lot of noise and not a lot of point. Base model of that atrocity in the UK accelerates 0-62 in 5.8 seconds, which is slower than the base model 3 and costs exactly the same (actually more if we include EV incentive of £4500). So get a Mustang, which is slower and is way more expensive to drive, for the same money as Model 3. Meh?
Neither of us said anything about Mustangs being inherently better, but we're still allowed an opinion. Personally I'd much rather have another mustang because I love the looks, love the sound, and love working on cars. The Tesla does none of those things for me, so I'd never pick one over a Mustang if I was buying new.

Like the thing's been streamlined to peak efficiency-its powertrain stripped of non-essentials. Like a lithe ambush predator. Like thunder-less lightning. And the point of the EV revolution is not to avoid consumption completely and absolutely. That would be impossible and in strict violation with the universe. But to lessen it significantly. The point is not to stop polluting at all. But to lower environmental impact over the lifetime of the vehicle. Start small somewhere and build up over time. The satisfaction to be found here is in uninterrupted, unadulterated, disquieting acceleration. That and a lower maintenance bill due to fewer moving parts. (Though your mileage may vary on that last bit.)
I took delivery of my 3 back in December! I find the build quality to be significantly better than my X and pretty great overall (but others didn't agree in my Model 3 build quality video). As far as issues...they are relatively minor: (Phone-Key works 98% of the time, ride is a bit harsh, auto-dimming mirrors don't work properly yet). Otherwise, I have been very happy with the car! And the best part of all....no rattles!!!! Look forward to your car videos!! My Model 3 Wishlist: * Phone-Key linked with driver’s profile * Rear Seat Heating Control * Web-Browser * Auto-Dimming Mirrors * Prevent car from waking up at home (phone keeps going in and out of range). * Energy Graph * AC control-steering wheel buttons * Alert if door left open

I think you should do the Model 3's only real competitor at the base price, the Chevy Bolt. I own one, and I'm always interested to hear a Tesla owner's take on the Bolt.

Great clip. My wife and I are reservation holders way down under in New Zealand. Probs still looking at two years. We plan to just go with the base cost, black with 18's and fabric trim with the smaller battery. Still think it'll be a great car for us. Keep up the good clips.
And I would recommend getting the premium package. The auto pilot it's great but you can add it in the future if you want. But the premium package it's just amazing for 5k. It just give you too much for that amount of money. And you live in New Zealand so, you will love the heat sit lol. good luck

Let me try to explain: it costs Tesla huge amounts of money to develop the autopilot and camera system, the actual hardware itself is not what you pay for. They're making the model 3 in the most efficient way (so they can produce as many as they can in as little time possible), and I'm pretty sure they found out that adding the camera's whether you 'paid for them' or not is more efficient, plus it makes it a lot easier for people that didn't want it when they originally bought the car to upgrade later (because it's just software, you don't need to take half the car apart).
Great stuff! Just discovered this series. The Model 3 looks like a great car for the money! However, for the price of that 19 inch wheel upgrade, you could just keep the basic wheels and buy a spare set of wheels and tires.

Great clip. My wife and I are reservation holders way down under in New Zealand. Probs still looking at two years. We plan to just go with the base cost, black with 18's and fabric trim with the smaller battery. Still think it'll be a great car for us. Keep up the good clips.
And I would recommend getting the premium package. The auto pilot it's great but you can add it in the future if you want. But the premium package it's just amazing for 5k. It just give you too much for that amount of money. And you live in New Zealand so, you will love the heat sit lol. good luck

Let me try to explain: it costs Tesla huge amounts of money to develop the autopilot and camera system, the actual hardware itself is not what you pay for. They're making the model 3 in the most efficient way (so they can produce as many as they can in as little time possible), and I'm pretty sure they found out that adding the camera's whether you 'paid for them' or not is more efficient, plus it makes it a lot easier for people that didn't want it when they originally bought the car to upgrade later (because it's just software, you don't need to take half the car apart).
No more than any downloadable title for PC/iOS/Switch etc, is on disk paid DLC.

Great stuff! Just discovered this series. The Model 3 looks like a great car for the money! However, for the price of that 19 inch wheel upgrade, you could just keep the basic wheels and buy a spare set of wheels and tires.
