She crushed this one. We have a plan on the engine! And a refurbished one is on its way and should be installed in the next 3 weeks! (A video on the engine may he a bit more delayed than that... Haha)
You guys are doing a great job on the hull repairs I was just wondering if you had any damage on the port side where the hull joins the keel it looks as if it’s damaged
I love watching your episodes, I take my hat too you both and especially your better half Kristin a young lady who doesn’t mind getting her hands dirty you two make a great team well done to both of you 👍👩❤️💋👨 perhaps I should explain my self with the phrase I take my hat off: in Australia that means that a person is paying a compliment
As best we can tell, this is far from settled amongst the experts. When it comes to vinylester and polyester resin, I think most experts agree to do the largest piece first. But, when using epoxy resin (which we used) the experts are much more divided.
In this one, we get underway on Hurricane Ian repairs. First up, grinding out the crack in our hull!
Tátátttatáttaá.
Love Kirsten’s can-do attitude “ it’s just like crafts and baking”. It really is when you think about it.
It is!
WOW Kirstin you were right, very impressive work. What a learning experience!!

Well she did a good job on the hull repair. It should hold no problem. The engine is probably going to be your big issue like it is mine.

@@AndyandKirstin Sve your core engine at a relatives house. It will come in handy if it is the same model.
that looks like a good repair, congrats!
Thanks! We think it turned out well, and the professional contractors approved of our work!
Looks like hard work, good luck.
It is, but is worth it. Thank you!
If you pull of the Peel ply in the dark it gives off purple sparks. A little entertainment during glass work!
Really? Now you have us wanting to put more on just to try pulling it off at night. Haha 😂

@@dannymatkovic907 thank you for the incredibly kind comment. Kirstin is the best!
you will get the most and best bonding strength from putting the largest piece of glass on the hull first!

You better have this right because Ole Klinty isn't going down with the ship when he comes to visit
