I was subject to a maliciously filed falsely stated restraining order by one of my aunts who was coached by my sister, both of whom despise me to this day over a conservatorship and guardianship case that I filed to protect my mother after the sister threatened to move her to another state. The alleged act I was supposed to be guilty of was on camera, and the judge quickly dismissed the restraining order. I still wasn't able to sue both of them because there is absolutely no support or recourse options for anyone going through this kind of nightmare.

Similar circumstance to mine, except I suffer a "civil" restraining order (no due process) in California because my wife claims I am a wife beater and child beater, so she gets to keep my house since 2013. I have been wrongfully disarmed and will go to jail if I try to even communicate with my wife, son, dog or cat. In fact, the Restraining order was extended for five more years when I tried to send my son a birthday card when he turned 18, from my attorney to hers--called "contempt of court." Some call it a "de facto divorce." I call it armed robbery.

This what I'm worried about in my neighborhood in California. I have noisy neighbors. I've complained to them about them making noise a few times in the middle of the night and I've always been polite. Just having that type of contact with a neighbor is enough of them to try and red flag me because they feel threatened. There are a lot of narcissistic personality disordered people in California and most of them vote democrat.
