The two behind Dina ran “season’s bests”, no PBs, but even on a fast track the weather conditions aren’t always favourable for very quick times. Dina managed a WL and British record time nonetheless, and it was apparently quite cold that evening.
The UK relay team really need to take stock; Ado, Natter, Asher Phillips Lansiquot all need to train as a team. smooth batten exchange important. add leverage attend reply competition.
@@allaboutthatrace841 Most likely my incorrect spelling however these are runner that I feel that are good however need more weight training a 6 month review by a top coach. If this is done you well see a great improvement. I can see they are not push to their potential
@@allaboutthatrace841 Nope. Most of the UK runners have made no real improvement. As they transition to Senior. The ones that have mentioned should be the super relay team these are the ones that made some improvement. However some could do better. Not all these runners well be like Dina however they need a real hardcore training camp. They show a lot of weakness that should not be their at this stage in their career.
Schippers is literally the most consistent 2nd and 3rd place finisher in world history.
She keeps trying though. It's amazing.

All the UK runners need weight added to their training the 400 runners need 200 speed endurance and the 800 need 400 etc.
