I did, everyone is building the same cars. He'll probably get a 370z soon. Not complaining as I watch 'em all(can't help it), just sayin'. I actually predict everyone is about to go on a truck building spree soon!
@@tyler238 yes, i had the same feeling, but when i saw that he will change the whole frame. We will see the bare bones of the viper.

Oh man this is something, going to be great rebuild. Love taking cars to their bones, fix it and then put it back together
there is a keyhole on the trunk, then you have to crawl inside to use teh mechanical door handle. Definately talk to the Viper Owners Association forum for a huge knowledgebase
They also may know people who have used parts or some of the members may have used parts if they have upgraded their cars.
I wasn't expecting a build like this. Man, I am excited. Good luck with that project. Waiting for next part of these video series.

saw a EG Civic in that paint scheme. It was at a trailer park entrance slammed on the ground(air bags) in front of a speed bump lol It does look good though!

It's a lot of work...I have done a viper but have done trucks did a 2000 dodge Dakota R/T 5.9 frame change it was actually fun to do but time consuming and mapping out what to do first...Will definitely be interesting for sure
I have not done a viper NOT...don't know what happened their
viper with stripes took 150 man hours to handpaint, may want to reconsider repainting the entire thing
Can the argument be made that since most of the parts need to be repainted anyway, that those man hours are gone? I can see your argument holding up if the car was in pristine condition... but it's not at the moment. :-/

Stoked to see this come together! Satin grey and gloss lime green. I like that idea.
I've been loving a paint color option Mercedes offers, it's called "designo Selenite Grey Magno (matte)".
I'd check that out for this car.
IMO, Nardo Gray is too common these days.

No idea what he paid, but for as a little as he needs, won't cost much more than what hes already invested in it.
@@gd1996 right looks like he has most of it. he mostly needs suspension parts/ a rim, front bumper, hood hinges. looks like he has everything else. What will cost him the most is the front bumper cover. A good body guy maybe able to repair that front bumper if none of the peaces are missing.

@@RatedNTV Yeah, he is indeed. He's definitely an amateur builder who is going to find out the hard way that burned out Hellcat is going to be a nightmare (if he finishes it). I wouldn't buy it. The frame and shell will rust out in no time if he somehow manages to get the parts to hang right.

By just towing it on a flat bed the tyre can't be like that.. (i operate a tow truck)

I agree. Whatever happened was at a high speed and that tire got wedged in the wheel opening and was dragged until the car stopped.
It was probably driven on that tire to look like that

I'd cast my vote for this, sounds sexy. A Plum Crazy or Panther Pink Viper would be pretty legit too.

Yeah the first thing they are going to do is put it on the DRAG STRIP when it was built to Race on ROAD COURSE they have already put 2 of their builds on the DRAG STRIP the Corvette & the Hell Cat
Yep and goonzquad ignored everyone, a lot of experts that tried to help them, on how to properly repair carbon fiber and fiberglass and they f'd it up. They didn't drill out any of the cracks to prevent spreading. I can't wait for all that glazing putty to crack the first time it flexes.
@@d_mcg You're exactly right first time that flexable material goes to moving around it is going split smooth open on them you have to fix that stuff right or you'll get some bad results out of it you can't tell about what all is going to happen with the pieces of that Viper they may have trouble with alot of things on that car I know Auto Body Repair learned from some DAMN good instructors & the right way I work on Fiberglass Welding & Rust repair a very hard Caved in spot right behind the Drivers Door on an 1983 Cadillac Coupe Deville believe me it was job but I got it done the Girl hit a Tree just behind the Driver Door another man in the class started it the Instructor took him off of it so I did it so this is where I learned my skills at I'm not much able to do that kind of work anymore due to my health is not the best anymore I do however like to watch these guys do this kind of work on You Tube I sit back & love to watch each & everyone of them do this I appreciate it very much
