    First, stop swinging your elbows way forward as you curl. This involves more shoulders and less biceps. Instead, keep your elbow locked by your side. A little movement is fine.
    Second, pay attention to your wrists. Letting them curl in shifts tension away from the biceps and onto the forearms. Instead, keep them neutral.
    Lastly, a mistake that most people don’t even realize they make, is shrugging the shoulders up every rep. Instead, keep them down and away from the ears as you curl the weight up.
