A small tip for anyone. If splitting it up throughout the day, it mixes really well with hot coffee. Dissolves immediately and doesn't alter the taste. However I'm only taking 5g with one cup of coffee, so make sure to get the rest in somewhere.
Check Renaissance periodization creatine videos. Creatine is not a steroid or peptide. No bad side effects, people who say kidney issues are mixing creatinine (completely different thing). They always leave out most important fact, STEP 4. Creatine only works for heavy compound lifts at or over 85% of your 1-rep max, or for doing actual sprint exercises. All studies show there is no benefit to taking creatine for elbow or knee flexion exercises. In plain English, creatine does nothing for bicep curls, tricep extensions, calf raises and leg machines. Sorry kids. All the influencers never actually read the studies. Creatine works - for people who train properly. If you are not squatting, benching, deadlifting or doing other barbell or heavy dumbbell work near your max; or not doing real sprint work - YOU WILL GET NO EXERCISE BENEFITS from creatine. Every guy in the gym takes creatine, most guys aren't swole or jacked. It isn't that the creatine isn't working, it is the gym bro is not lifting properly to get the benefits.
@@jacobdaley3888 only if you workout properly. Buried in all the studies, or at least glossed over by the advocates, is that it only works if you are pushing yourself near maxes. If you can do 6-8-10-12 reps of a lift a certain weight, you are not using creatine. Most gym bros don't train at with reps heavy enough to get gains from taking creatine.

Can someone explain to me please(as a new user of creatine) if I take it everyday, do I have to workout with it? How can you take it everyday and workout don’t you have to let your muscles rest? Or can you literally take creatine without working out?
No side effects. Took it for years over 25 years ago and now starting again. Just don't go crazy and don't loading phase, just start off with 2.5 (half dose) to full dose of 5 grams. Main thing is eat good food, take whey protein after workout and focus on rest. So many people workout too much, even when muscles haven't fully recovered. I've crushed it on leg day where calves were ultra sore for 6 days doing HIT (high intensity training) with 20 reps and 5 sets. Took 12 days total to fully recover, but eating and resting makes a huge different in power after you recover. Make sure you rest, I see good gains with HIT and lift reps to failure. You should not be able to get full reps of 8 on your last set when you're HIT, with 15 second rests between reps and 75% of your max lifts.
my first tune ever on creatine and I Take 30g a day no stomach discomfort whatsoever but it helps me drink alot more water and pee more often (pee clear) . felt results start by the 5th day . after loading phase of 7 days I'll start lowering my daily dose to 15g a day .
So, I’m relatively new to the gym, new to creatine. I’ve been told different things by different people. Should I be taking it with my pre workout? Or should I take it with my protein shake after the workout?

I take 5g every day. I thought it only takes 3 days to saturate your muscles though. Good to know it's actually 2-3 weeks! If I miss a day I notice that I will lose a lot of liquid (have to pee a lot) 😆
Why is that?
@@sshshshsjs-fm6kb the chemical retains water in the muscles
take it before or after workout ?
@@fraaxpridedoesn't matter. Its not vitamin that is used in a day and then missed the next day. It literally stature your muscle tissue with creatine, like soaking wet towel, hence "start working in 2-3 weeks" point. Once you sature the muscles you can even skip few days and still retain the benefits. Why people say do pre workout or in the morning or before going to bed etc. is for easy reminder = you always do A so then also do X. I personally wake up, wash my face and then take vitamin D, omega3(dont like fish) and basic multivitamins as im fasting, then i add my daily 5g creatine on top and ready to go.
I started loading phase with 5 grams , and I felt an immediate burst in energy, I felt so good, and started to have live dreams while sleeping but on the third night I was having nightmares and difficulty falling and staying asleep. So I had to reduce the dose to half and only take it 4 days per week. So far I am still having big energy, best cognitive mind and no nightmares 😊
Bruh I’ve only been taking creatine on workout Days.. I’m stupid
so, we need to drink it everyday while in the rest day too?
@@aufairfani2823 yup..
Have you ever taken a break to creatine?
Thanks!
what age is okay for taking creatine?
Safe at any age, it's just a supplement like protein powder
any age just you gotta be drinking a ton of water, you dont want to ruin your kidneys.
I am on a non sugar diet and I am taking fish oil suppliment tooo.can I also use creatine monohydrate?..
No. Use meth
I used very very small amount cuz I was tierd we was gonna have tuff excise boxing now I’m high asf I did small scoop small amount off water why am high 😂
You sure you took creatine and not pre-work out? 😂😂
Real bro i took 6 g in 100ml I'm high asf😂❤
Actually it’s ok to miss a day or two of creatine as saturation means it’s constantly present in the muscles and each day you just top it up. It actually takes up to two weeks for your muscles to lose saturation
maybe just dont though? It isnt hard, just drink it with water or sum else
“Stomach discomfort”
You mean the creatine shits?
How to avoid constipation during high protein diet and creatine intake brooo...your response will help me a lot...
A small tip for anyone. If splitting it up throughout the day, it mixes really well with hot coffee. Dissolves immediately and doesn't alter the taste. However I'm only taking 5g with one cup of coffee, so make sure to get the rest in somewhere.
As long as the coffee isn’t too hot/ boiling, I think I remember hearing that the creatine can be denatured that way. Otherwise great tip!
i read somewhere that creatine and caffeine shouldn't be together....If I remember it correctly.
Yep, you shouldn't use creatine and caffeine simultaneously.
@@amirqazvineh3575 care to explain why? Because I looked it up and almost every source says it's fine.

is it ok to take creatine with protein powder? pls i need answers
Yes of course it is. You can take creatine with your Cheerios if you wish.
Can confirm the stomach discomfort 😅😂
Drink more water regularly.
New to working out and this might be a stupid question but umm
Do I just eat the creatine powder? 😅
Dont quote me but I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter you can take it dry or with almost any drink
Put 2.5 - 5 grams of powder in water bottle, shake up and sip pre work out. That's what I do and no issues.

is it ok to use creatine if u want ur physique to be Natural?
Are there any side affects of taking creatine?
Pls reply
Check Renaissance periodization creatine videos. Creatine is not a steroid or peptide.
No bad side effects, people who say kidney issues are mixing creatinine (completely different thing). The only side effect is stomach discomfort aka popping if you take creatine and don't drink enough water. If you had to choose protein powder or creatine, i would 10/10 go creatine.
@@ChoJun69 ohh thank u bro
@@ChoJun69 ok so u will be natty if u r taking creatine right?
@@noransajjad8165 just google "is creatine worth it reddit" or sth, even non lifters would benefit from the creatine and everyone who get benefits from it should honestly take it, its cheap, easy to consume, the only "negative" is need to drink more water and stomach discomfort if you're not drinking enough (not pain).
Taking creatine is still natty, its not gear/steroid level supplement and you wont see the results if you expect to look like pro bodybuilder, anyone who say creatine give massive results are on placebo, its at best like 5-10% better recovery and keeping up with fatigue = could squeeze another 1-2 reps. if you compare it to steroids, basic TRT would give you like +200% more benefits. (numbers are random, just for example to show the difference)
@noransajjad8165 obviously.
I just started yesterday with 5g and I'm going to stay at 5g per day. Becarefull to be sure that if you toke a cafe or thé before, be sure the caféine is out because I experimented a anxiety and I toke the the it 2 hours before and still have the caféine going on haha !
Bro tell me about it, I take some at around 12 or 1 am and am at the gym going strong for 4 hrs straight, I start with an elliptical for heart rate of 180-200 and sheesh for 30 mins it's killer, literally💀 and I still can't sleep untill 2 pm😂
Do you need to take everyday if you don't work out every day? Or do you just take it on the Days of workout?
Just take it every day. Remember to drink at least 2 liters of water too.

Step 4: DOUBLE CHIN
Bro we have to take creatine before workout or after workout?
Before is ideal I think
I always take it 1 hr before workout with water.
It isn't that the creatine isn't working, it is the gym bro is not lifting properly to get the benefits.
doesnt creatine help you build muscle quicker though?
@@jacobdaley3888 only if you workout properly. Buried in all the studies, or at least glossed over by the advocates, is that it only works if you are pushing yourself near maxes. If you can do 6-8-10-12 reps of a lift a certain weight, you are not using creatine. Most gym bros don't train at with reps heavy enough to get gains from taking creatine.
Does it need to be taking around the same time everyday or that doesn't matter?
Step one you loose all your hair on top of your head... like i did
Step two you throw this bullshit away and get great result without creatin
Just Stop this Fuckin Nonsense. You keep Loose your Hair bcz of Your Body Not Creatine. Creatine is nothing to do with your Hair unless it Increase the Brain function it results in Good Hair growth.
Do consult a dermatologist for your Hair. It will keep Loose Wheather you take creatine or not.🤣.
Lol IS that true ?
Drink LOTS of water. Seriously. If you dont, you'll start getting terrible headaches
Thank you fitness master🎉
Brother 1 doubt.... Should we take it on rest days too? Like on sunday we wont visit Gym right? So should we consume it on Sundays or we should skip it?
i believe you have to drink it even on rest days too. You have yo drink it consistently
Daily, it's cheap.
I take Optimum Nutrition Unflavored Creatine For almost a Month now. I didn't feel any Drastic change in my body, i consume 3-4litrs /day and Workout 4-5 Days in a Week. Why I didn't feel any Noticeable Change even though I'm using Whey Protein after the workout. I didn't think I was a Non-responder bcz after taking Creatine my chest was Shaped but didn't get any top-level energy or something like that.... Why❓⁉️
how about talking it considering meals. Is it better after a meal or before or in the morning on an empty stomach?
Doesn't matter when or how you take it. However I have been seeing some people all over the internet suggesting not taking it with caffeine.
Do i still need to take creatine on rest days? Which is usually twice a week.
yes! take creatine every day, you’ll get the most efficient results and it won’t damage at all.

Can someone explain to me please(as a new user of creatine) if I take it everyday, do I have to workout with it?
How can you take it everyday and workout don’t you have to let your muscles rest? Or can you literally take creatine without working out?
There's so many researches that day the loading phase with creatine is useless.
yeah true. our bodys cant use more than 5g.
I take creatine with Milk+coffee+1tps peanut butter . Is it ok ?
Yes, it shouldnt matter what you take it with
Can 40kg weight person take creatine ? And if yes then which is better?
And any side effects after taking creatine?
Would it be good if I take it 2-3 times a day like once in morning once in afternoon and once before bed?
my first tune ever on creatine and I Take 30g a day no stomach discomfort whatsoever but it helps me drink alot more water and pee more often (pee clear) . felt results start by the 5th day . after loading phase of 7 days I'll start lowering my daily dose to 15g a day .
how much water do you drink a day?
Okay sir
So, I’m relatively new to the gym, new to creatine. I’ve been told different things by different people. Should I be taking it with my pre workout? Or should I take it with my protein shake after the workout?
Doesn't matter. Do what you like
Check your pre workout, some of it has creatine in it already. Not sure because I don't drink caffeinated drinks, but don't drink with caffeine drinks.
Creatine or whey. Which one should I prioritise first
Whey protein for after workout, muscles need that protein to repair tired and damage in muscles. Creatine is found in meat.
can you take it with protein powder? thanks!
yes, i do it mostly.
