Hey there! It's me, Dhruv Patel, and welcome to Wealth with Websites. As the owner of a website design company in Canada, I'm excited to show you how I closed a $20,000 web design client using just one Facebook ad. In this video, I'll walk you through the exact process I used to achieve such a high return on ad spend, which involved automation and a killer offer that I knew I could deliver on.
To start, I gathered some testimonials and created before-and-after photos of my previous web design projects. If you don't have testimonials, taking before-and-after photos is a quick and effective way to showcase your work in an ad. From there, I created a Facebook leads ad and collected the name, number, and email of each lead.
Once I had the leads' information, I transferred it to my CRM system, which sent a welcome message. If the lead replied, I gave them a call. If they didn't reply, I put them into a nurture sequence, or gave them a call later. I want to emphasize that I call all leads myself because I'm paying for these leads and want to make sure they at least talk to me.
Now for the exciting part - I'll show you the actual ad that converted the $20,000 client. I called out business owners in the ad and offered a 20% discount on a new website with no obligations. The ad also listed my special package offer. Remember, it's important to create an offer that works for you and that you can fulfill on.

I am in the middle of setting up my web design agency and I found this video very helpful, thank you! A question I have is around the targeting, how did you target for those leads?
You can use fb's audience insights tool to build yourself an audience, you can use chat gtp to understand your audience alot better (I highly recommend this), and you can also use scaped lists from google or linkedIn from Fiverr and build a lookalike audience.

I have 2 ad sets, one is open and one is targeting small business owners and facebook page admins. Usually if they are the business owner, they will be admin of their business page so it makes really great targeting :)

Hey, I already created FB ads but my incoming Leads quality is really bad and many people accidently entered their information. I pay around 10$ / Lead. Is this common and how do I fix this? Thanks in advance!
@kilian5245 the CPL (cost per lead) is actually quite good for web design leads...however if the quality is bad it means your targetting is not on point. I would change up your messaging in the ad to further qualify people..ex: "Do you have a med spa website for your business which could use a cosmetic upgrade?"
Also try to make the lead form higher intent to make sure there is a review screen to filter out spam.

@@geekywhat3312 That is not true - you can use it :) As a matter of fact, before/after image ads are one of the most highest converting ones.
have you used custom user list in fb or whats targeted audience you enter in fb ad
yes i always have a custom audience ad running which keeps getting packed with pixel data from my gohighlevel (see link in description) ...and that custom audience runs only a retargetting campaign which is usually for a discounted price or any current offers my company might be running. Custom user audience lists also produce the highest ROI for me and are the most quality leads. You can also do a quick method which is to source this list from places like fiverr but you might be compromising on quality when you do this but its still a good starting point :) Good luck!

Could you please share the targeted audience that you have used on your ads? I have run web design campaigns so many times but I didn't get any leads from Facebook ads.

you can target ecommerce store owner . you have to write good content . you will get results

I kept one ad set open and another ad set I got my VA to scrape a list of 1000 business owner emails and then I made a lookalike audience which I used for the ads.

yes I am. I always have ads running in the background - even if its for $5/day keep em running! Brand awareness is everything :)
And some of the creatives that work best are video testimonials from clients and UCG videos which I hire people from Fiverr to do.

Current we have around a 20X ROAS. Our lowest package is at 5K and it costs us around $248 per client we're bringing in right now. Will be trying google ads with a new landing page I just made this month. I'll make a video on it :)

I target home improvement companies right now so I;m targetting small business owners, people who visit RONA, Home Depot, Canadian Tire
And then I have another ad set which is a compiled list of 5000 business owners which i have collected with my lead magnet.

do you build the websites on GHL?
Funnels on GHL and websites on WordPress. But yes you can def build websites on GHL and then charge a monthly recurring fee to keep running it.
Try this, use GHL's basic website templates and start charging clients $250 setup fee and a $97/month recurring subscription cost and hosting cost.
