  • Pursuing our highest self can be overwhelming and discouraging at times...but what if this is because we are subconsciously self sabotaging ourselves? With the success and improvements I have made in my life it is obvious what led to this positive change....small, tiny, incremental steps over time that built up and led to lasting growth. Be kind and patient with your results...nothing worth doing is an overnight success. Give your body and mind the time needed to SLOWLY adjust to this new normal. You got this!

Couldn’t agree more. I ’ve struggled with wanting instant satisfaction after only putting in little work. But I’ve told myself the results of today is from the work you put in months ago. Everything takes time. Nice reminder and message my man!

Thank you very much for this video! To be honest sometimes I still feel like I am not where I want to be, but thats ok. Its easy to feel that way when we compare our lives to where other people are. Continue to compare yourself against who you were previously and that's it. With each attempt that you try, you're forming new neural pathways to become who you really want to be. I am sure you are doing far better than you think! Keep going and thanks for watching the video! 😊

I hear ya, the self improvement road definitely has its struggles and it can be completely defeating and depressing at times. I have been there...give yourself some grace and remind yourself you're doing the best you can. Please be kind to yourself in pursuing this new normal...and remember that its at YOUR pace and no one else's. Keep trying as often as you have to! Thanks for checking out the video 😊

Frankie, I do most of these things that "successful people do" from planning to action to organizing to managing time to workout and eat health to reading and learning everyday etc .. but I'm still not quite a success ... is that common

There are different ways to look at this....but the answer is always within.
How do you define success? Is it an abundance of wealth? Health? Is it a simpler life off the grid and quiet? Is it one filled with adventure and new places?
Only you can define what success looks like in your life. I can tell you what stalled my "success" for quite some time was how I looked at success. I continued doing the "right" things for quite sometime as you stated...but still something off. I realized it was because although I did all the "things"...I still didn't believe I was a success. The success that I was actually looking for was belief in myself, love for myself & others, knowing that I am on my own path and on my own timeline. When I healed my mind...I had realized that I was already standing in the blessing and starting believing I was a success....therefore, I was.
Have fun , let go, do less. Things become clearer when we take a step back and breathe.
Thanks for watching and I wish you well on your journey 😊

@@frankiemolinelli This is insightful thanks a lot. I actually have a clear and specific definition of success with concrete 6 dimensions (or big goals) but I haven't achieved these 6 big goals yet though I plan for and do take smaller steps towrad them each year. However it has been a very slow subtle progress. You're point about timeline perhaps is key but whenever I feel I haven't "arrived" there yet as it seems to be taking forever sometimes it makes me feel frustrated. This is why I watch this channel it's been helpful in many practical aspects thanks a lot
