    • @mrbean30392
      @mrbean30392 4 года назад

      One way to do it would probably be to collect/copy all of the .plist files for Finder and various other applications that you changed settings in. Some of them are deeply hidden.
      Now that you can't block copy the whole OS as an image to be restored later, this has gotten a lot harder to do. Time Machine restore will restore most, but not all settings.

    I'd love to use that tip you showed at 17:06 with the little applet, but for some weird reason I'm unable to drag the icon to into the dock. In fact, I cannot drag anything into the dock right now and I have no idea why. Does anybody have an idea of what's going on on my Mac?

    Hey Quinn, thanks for the tips during these strange times! Have you considered doing more 3D printing related videos?

    Have to thank you for this. A lot of these will come in handy since I'm starting to get into travel blogging, and managing the content before editing will be much easier with a lot of these tips.

    The Printer on desktop is a great tip, but it is a bit easier to just type command + P with the file selected and the same thing will happen with no dragging and no printer on the desktop.
    Great tips! usually I avoid these videos because most of them are "the Mac has a control center" or "look... widgets." This tip video is THE BEST tip video I have ever watched for Mac OS and I definitely implemented several of the tips right after I picked my jaw back up off the floor!

    Just happened to notice that it shows showtimes for the Quiet Place Part 2 at 24:33 and the movie is like just about to come out in May/June 2021 😅

    OMG thank you, the lack of cut functionality on MacOS was driving me nuts. The option + cmd +V shortcut is literally life changing!

    Great tips! I can't get 35:14 (cycling between options with tab) to work on my mac. Am I doing something wrong?
