It is quite amazing that the EP listened to your mail and refurbished Queens Diamonds in the middle of the summer season. Another reason to love the Macks :D
I visit EP every year since I was a baby and I saw some changes coming. Piraten in Batavia had no restaurant until 2008. The whole area was just a huge jungle. The decision with the restaurant and the show stage was perfect. Sadly Universum der Energie did not get that many upgrades. I think there are limited possibilities to do so. The only thing that changed in this dinosaur ride was the queue. Ten years ago there was a pre-show. But they just showed you a short evolution clip on a screen. I like how it is today. A true EP classic.
Now the only ride I know which had to go was the simulator ride. The building is now known as Arena of Football since 2006. But that was a good decision. Every fair has simulator rides and the one in EP was fairly old. The queue line was weird as well. I remember the animatronic of a female Russian Captain crawling under a table and showing her booty to the people in the queue.
The Macks really know what to change and when they should do it. Everything is up to date and really cared for. I hope the sons of Roland will do so as well for the next 40 years :)

Fantastic vlog and please one day make the trip to Cornwall the rides may not be brilliant but the environment is fantastic I would strongly reccomend Cornwalls crealys or flambards they are brilliant and offer seven day return for free so plz one day go thnx

+Liam Wright Yes you need to go, very easy to do! Just book a shuttle from the local airport and stay either on site or in the village of Rust

I think it is bullshit that some people call the fairytale area in EP a ripoff of Efteling, they are really different. I prefer the one at Efteling but the one at EP has his own vibe, really german, small, cozy. The one at efteling feels a lot bigger and a lot more like a forest, but i get why people say it's a ripoff because of the time gap between the two. Great vlog! EP is great, the best park out there, but as many may share i have a special thing for my home park, in this case Efteling :p

Is RUclips now muting copyrighted music in videos? There's a section in this vlog during a performance that is completely silent!

It's a bloody pain because it ruins your hard work! You should complain to Google as you're actually not breaking any copyright law in your videos. I swear if it's background music, played publicly, it's not against the rules. It's a shame, because I've noticed this on other channels too and it really spoils the experience.
