Ingredients:
To season and steam meat
Goat Meat
Wele
Cow Foot
1/4tsp - Cumin
1/4tsp - Rosemary
1/4tsp - Aniseed
Salt - tt
Garlic - 2 Cloves or to your taste
Onion - 1 Medium or half of a large one
Ginger - About two thumb sizes
1 - Habanero or Scotch Bonnet Pepper
1 - Spice Blend Cube
1 - Large Shrimp Seasoning or Seasoning of Choice
You may use any protein of your choice
For Making Stew
4-6cups - Tomato Paste
2 - Bay Leaves
1 - Large Onion
3 - Medium to Large Onions
Ginger - About two thumb sizes
1 - Spice Blend Cube
3-5 - Habanero or Scotch Bonnet Peppers. Or to your taste
4 - Garlic Cloves
Finishing Spices
Cumin - tt
Anise - tt
Sage - tt
Cloves - tt
Use the large onion to fry your meat, do not fry cow foot as that will cause it to melt

I still remember the first time I saw your channel, it was your sweet voice, your neatness and the short but very detailed video's that made me join your sweet family. But then thing's changed and instead of food videos I saw clean with me vlogs, hair tutorial, how to fix your nails, how to make your own home made spices ,food storage tips. ...the list goes on and on and I was like WOW this woman is indeed a life saver and I've never regretted joining this sweet family. My husband is now oliver twist when I make some of the recipes I've learnt plus I also have ass dragging video's to help me clean my kitchen, I just wish there was a way to appreciate you aside the 'thank yous' . May God almighty bless and strengthen you , protect and guide you, give you long life and good health and also prosper you. You are worth millions of subscribers and I pray that we get there one day.
