Penne Salmon and Vodka - quick and easy

What are we eating today?
Today I invented an incredible dish, I'm sure many will copy it for me: penne, salmon and vodka. The idea came to me when I saw a drunk fisherman at the port, ate raw salmon while drinking alcohol. So I thought: how can I combine the two? And here is the result!
