With that cable end bolt on the winch drum, shorten the threads on the cup head bolt so its close as possible with the drum wall. You don't want that bolt protruding packed with washers into the rope spool where it may cut it when it's winching in.
Hi from nz, I ran 6 shooter knuckles, original Longfield cvs/axles , Arbs, Yukon 5.29s, Trail Gear studs, 38.5” mud Trepadors and broke everything. for years wanted to keep the Toyota but just cost to much replacing broken bits. Keep checking those studs, they will come loose.
Good day, I watched your video very well done. I noticed that you do not have a longitudinal thrust (48770) of the front axle housing. Does the front axle not twist?
Excelente video amigo, quiero saber la referencia del bloqueo de ARB, tengo una Hilux igual a la tuya Ln 106 y ya compré el compresor ARB , muchas gracias te escribo desde colombia, saludos
Hopefully im not pulling it apart again anytime soon, getting go pro under there next run should give us more of an idea what that front shafts up to..
Your axle is bent if the cv is that difficult to come out, get a long i beam and a 20 ton jack and wrap chains around your axle to the eye beam and put the jack in between the axle and eye beam and jack it until straight
so good Denny, so much stuff that you have done and it all looks great 👍
Cheers JC....

wow! you've really changed everything again now ! interesting,
Hopefully im happy with it once its all back together..
Great Video! Where did you source the 6 shooter knuckles from?
I bought them off another competitor who went a different direction, new unused brand unsure
@@TeamBulletOffroad Thanks
Front end change up for the best, going to be a hulk of front end. Interested to find out the cause of that wear on the locker housing.
Hopefully im not pulling it apart again anytime soon, getting go pro under there next run should give us more of an idea what that front shafts up to..

Cheers for that mate..
why dont you run ifs hubs? instead of spacers isn't it harder on the wheel bearing?
I did mate, still needed spacers back then to suit the 80 rear... But all good now, running 80 front
If the CV shaft wont come out freely with out prying then the diff housing is bent
Cheers, thats what I was afraid of.....
Do you have power steering in the LN or is it upgraded?
Yes factory power steer, but high flowed, check out more videos...
It’s official, I am ordering me some six shooters
Cool....
What knucle this.
No brand markings on it and guy I bought it off wasnt sure either...
Trash out this axle and put the landCruiser vX80 in there.
That's exactly what I did, few videos later in our library, check it out
