My videos are pretty backogged, but I have picked up quite a few Hercules tools. I'm sure most of the big brands will out perform them, but there is also a big price jump. My only real complaint is that the Hercules blower eats battery life...I don't have a comparison from Ridgid since that one arrived dead on arrival. If you aren't already invested in another line, or are and aren't happy, the Hercules is worth a shot...just tread lightly to feel out your first purchase and then take it from there.
I just bought the 12 V Makita ratchet, since I already have charger and batteries. First impression is good, but it will take some time to find out how good it really is. At the moment I'm not sure whether an 18V impact wrench would have been the better choice.
Nice...there is a lot you can do with a ratchet that an impact won't access...If you can't break it free, just one or two manual twists should get the ratchet moving. I'd imagine the Makita has better specs than this one.
I have a question for you on Ram revival what injector did you use on your 408 motor did you use the 40 lbs Accel injector . Did you have a fuel pump upgrade I didn't see anything on Ram revival Please let me know thank you
I've had that thing for quite awhile...pretty nice imo. I prefer pneumatic, but it is really nice to have the Hercules around when I'm not near shop air.
Thank you for testing the variable speed feature. S/L/C
They just released a 12v 4ah battery. I purchased one a few days ago... makes way more power. A must
Oh dang, they sure did! I'll have to pick one up when they have a promotion. Thanks for the heads up!
@@lonestarmopars I have the same ratchet with the 4ah battery and it works fine.
Good review!...Thank You
Glad to hear the opinion. I've been debating on trying these out myself

I bought this to use on my Harley Davidson Shovelhead. Got a bolt out having trouble with. Will use on my 2009 Challenger when needed.

By the way did you see the Orange and black Gearwrench that has the dual light at your head and the dual trade tray on either sides

I'm getting the 1/2" impact. I've decided.
