Solid racing! It is so satisfying when the race goes your way. Main objective is always to beat the group your in. Nothing else matters. Perfectly executed! 💪🏻🙌🏻
Thanks man! Its probably weird to say GOLDEN legs when i still went backwards up the hill. But i got a new PR for one hour🤩 moving in the right direction ⚡️
Pushing solid watts, well done! Just keep riding and focus on nutrition. Working towards ~15% fatpercentage should give you a huge boost. Riding wont get you there, only managing nutrition will. I'm on the same route (shedding lazy summer kilo's, 3kgs sofar) and its a big bonus on my riding already.
