No "cutaways"? I played slide on my Strat. Being able to reach more frets would be nice.
James Morrison agreed! Why or why are >95% of the resonators NOT cutaways! This drives me crazy!
National doesn't have spider bridge guitars?
There is one of those tri cone models up for auction on goodwill.com, as of right now 5/1/20, current price is about $1100, yikes.

I went to NationalGuitar.com and every model is "SOLD OUT". Not very encouraging. Looks like Ebay and Reverb.com for now.

If you buy a Style O.....check out that it does not have rust on the cone support ring....( I have photos) National will not help even though mine was still under warranty....NATIONAL wanted nothing to do with it........a very expensive lesson learnt...DO NOT EXPECT NATIONAL TO HONOUR THEIR WARRENTY.
Did you leave it outside? How on earth did it rust? These are very expensive instruments that should last several lifetimes if taken care of! I’d highly recommend you learning how to properly maintain your instruments before complaining about the company not honoring something that is your responsibility to care for!
