The camera angle is not centered which makes it difficult to tell how much off center the neck (bracing) going through the body to the bottom where the 'claw'-that secures the strings. Is that wood bracing secured flush w the metal body, or is there a gap ?
Do you know anyone well versed in this issue. Its my #1 issue w the metal bodied beauties.

noticed that the cone sits on a ring of cork...?? the new ones have nothing like that....my style o had rust on the cone support ring....NATIONAL ignored my pleas for help even though it was still under warranty so be vary wary ...it was a very expensive lesson.....NATIONAL DO NOT HONOUR THEIR WARRANTY.
