Thanks! This vid will be a big help when my rear glass comes in later today. I've got to get my Note 10+ to last until at least the S24 Ultra release (too close to a new release to waste the same amount of money on the S23 Ultra). Thanks again!!!
@@ersbit hi again! Replacement went swimmingly well, thanks for the tips in the vid!!! So, I thought I'd stop back and also share a couple tips I've learned from similar work on laptops... first is, if the screen (or in this case, back glass) is cracked, I cover all of it with thick clear packaging tape (and trim off any excess at the seams). This was the first time i tried that on a back glass for a phone (and hopefully the last, lol), and mine was cracked in half, plus shattered on the edge in the middle and two corners. Came off in one piece. Second thing I learned (from my on and off again moments of cutting or applying vinyl to my car) is when I am pulling off the backing, I pull it flat against the tape, if that makes sense. Anyway, thanks again, the vid was a big help!!! Plugged you on my personal page here (can also see how bad the glass was, lol): facebook.com/robert.damian.mauro/posts/pfbid02yboE2qAhb85g1EYV94NZgvHAuhSN1UAh6QGMYmSESkk4M8YgCNdz9xPMGoD578gTl
Also here is my Full expierence with this repair - i did everything like in the Video exept i applied the clamps over night and used a bit of T7000 Glue. So after i was finished my main camera stopped focus... The reason was it was too much presseure on the cameramodule for some reason. So i could fix it by reaplying a new backcover without extra glue or any clamps at all and so the camera works fine. In short DONT USE CLAMPS OR CAMERA WONT WORK!
Hi not sure but this is a isolated issue. On all phones I have done the clamps including this one I had no focus issues. Mostly something even dust can prevent the phone from focusing.
Water resistance is a weird one lol After replacing the back glass I recommend avoiding water. If you want oe have to put it in water make sure you do not submerge more than 2 to 3 minutes. The back glass with tape combo should be fresh to secure the same water resistance rating as if the phone was new. We do not really know how long these parts have been sitting on shelves before they sell them.
Hi, sorry I am in the US Georgia. Parts can be sent internationally with ebay but you'd have to have a valid address and also cost of shipping should be taken into consideration. They handle all that I do not sell these parts.

@@ersbit i didt had any dust, i cleaned everything. Maybe the backcover was of bad quality or Something.
Tempted to do this to my device.
Do it 😁. You just gotta heat that 🔥 glue up. It's easy if you use a thin plastic tool and lots of heat
Would you be sure that after instalation phone is still waterproof? I plan to do it today. And I just thought if it gonna be still waterproof 😅
