Thanks for the video! What would be another good disease resistant variety to pollinate it? What would be good sequentially ripening and disease resistant varieties in general?

Liberty does best with two other apple varieties to achieve good pollination. Mac's, Gala, and Cortland are good pollinators, but even a crab apple can help get you there. Crimson Crisp has a long flowering period so may be a good disease resistant option. It should be noted that Liberty is a poor pollinator of other apples so to get your pollinator pollinated you would need a third apple variety.
Some good disease resistant apples include William's Pride and Red Free for early season, Crimson Crisp for mid season, and Gold Rush and Winecrisp for the late season.

i find that granny smith is a good all around pollinator

One taste resulted in me spending thousands of dollars and getting addicted… to grafting.

I have a liberty spary less Apple tree. I am in NM. Has taken about 8rs to give any apples. Probably needs a pollinator like Golden Delicious to give more fruit. Neighbor has a decent size Golden Delicious tree about fifty feet from my tree. Is that a reasonable distance where it would pollinate my apple tree?

Yes. That is plenty close. More likely rootstock problem which delays bearing. Should start to bear now. Other possibility is that it is too warm. Apple trees have to accumulate enough chilling hours each winter to bloom.
