Neat build, looks like your getting pretty consistent failure to completely combust your fuel- any plans to increase air/reduce fueling? All in all sweet machine, I’m impressed you got it to fit. Edit: finished the video, sounds like you’re over-fueling on purpose. Best of luck, your engine.
Hey bro, I'm the guy you met at earls. In Stafford, I saw the yt sticker said lemme look it up. I do some things on yt too lol. I'ma check your channel out
Amazing to see the 24v fit very nicely. Great work! I have a 4BT in my CJ7 that I did in 2007. My biggest problem is high exhaust gas temperatures. I have to let off on the throttle when going up highway hills and when towing. The next step for me is an intercooler. I can see how tight your space is, but do you have any solid plans for installing an intercooler?
@@teedogcustoms Nice, I'm easily hitting 1100-1200°F if i'm into the turbo on the hills, or towing my trailer. I had my VE pump rebuilt a few years ago, and it now delivers a lot more fuel. Also boost used to be 15-16psi, now it easily goes into the high 20's. I'm impressed with your build that the 24v stays much cooler.
Do you run it regularly without the air filter? I don’t think your compressor side will last long in the turbo. That’s best case, worst you suck some metal into the intake.
Dusting an engine will trash your rings in minutes. Your compression is likely already low and getting lower, plus the 5.9 is a liner less engine, so you may have to bore oversized.
As I see it there are 4 possibilities. You didn't watch the video. You are not very bright. Your memory only last a minute. You just want to be annoying. 17:05

Good job young man ! Thanks for sharing this video!

Compounds coming at some point just for fun.

Right on brother just subscribed to you channel!!!

Right on man! So my egt runs from about 400-900. Yes I think I plan on a air to water intercooler takes up the least space!

And your rear driveshaft! That is a new record for shortest driveshaft in a Jeep. Wow!
@@marcdenlinger5282 yeah at 900 EGT I’m hitting 40psi of boost. Not bad
@@teedogcustoms Wow!
6bt in little jeep! Apocalypse!
Sweet ride!
Thanks
Badass I’m going to have to watch some of your other videos I want to do this exact same thing and what was the hardest part of the build
Thanks brotha! The hardest part was making motor mounts and trans mounts and making the drive shaft
6BT! Geez a 4BT would be plenty & dang the 6BT is really really heavy
I love it when people say that. 🤣
@@teedogcustoms lol 6bt is a monster, I'm sure it's a blast to drive
How does the suspension handle the heavy weight of that motor? I have the same engine i want to swap into a TJ !
It was okay but I have since swapped it with 1 ton axles much better now.
Thank you cool video
Thanks man!

Yeah I have a screen over it and when I go off-road I put a filter on seems to be fine

Wonder if the p pump swap you did on the 24v 6bt would work the same as on the newer electronic isb 4bt and 4bt p pump?
That’s a good question I don’t have the answer to that
How pass the emissions
I have 91 I will like to do that
But emissions is the problem .
Where I live I don’t have emissions 😁
What’s emissions lol 😂
Really hoping that's a temporary driveshaft!
seriously, that thing is swiss cheese lmao
Chassis reinforcement??
Yes I did
You could also call this, how to ruin a jeep. Anyone thinking this much iron on the front suspension is a good idea will be in for a surprise.
I have f350 axles on it now and 1 ton suspension it’s fine son
Can its frame cater so much load of 6bt Cummins
POV you’ve never heard of changing axles suspension and fun
What trans and transfer case are you using?
