What about the neural mix function and crossfader fusion functions? Does they work seamlessly like with the reloop buddy?
I noticed that when you press the Hot Cue, Pad Fx, Beat Jump, and Sampler buttons, the app does not open the window for those specific functions. For instance, when you press the Sampler button, the app does not open then sampler window. Do you know if there is a way to make it so that when you press those buttons the corresponding window opens?
That’s correct, do you know of any controllers that have this feedback feature implemented for Djay on IOS? The laptop version allows you to keep more windows open and that’s the main reason I choose to use a MacBook instead.

I wanted to get this controller but noticed pioneer has ddj flx 600 all the way to 1000 but I was searching up some information and doesn’t seem the ddj flx 1000 isn’t compatible yet :/.
I have a budget of $300- $800 would it be best to go with the ddj flx 800? Or the ddj flx 600? Please help 😫
The only thing you can't actually do with DJayPro (with an iPad) is using CUE buttons to preview the other deck. Or is it something I'm missing still?

Yes, the FLX4 can work without external speakers by using the output from your iPad or MacBook.

Yea depending on headphones you can adjust the volume and the cue mix on the controller

@@justinspiegel6841 DJAY PRO has AI features for stem separation which @nhathuynguyen716 might have referred to. It would be interesting to see how these functions would best be mapped on the FLX4. Also, I think it's not AI but the FLX4 has this "Smart Fader" function (ruclips.net/video/OWdeI-OiTIc/видео.html) which I would be interested if it is somehow supported in DJAY PRO.

Did you get it sorted?
You can only use headphones to cue by setting the “split output “ in advance settings. This is a common misunderstanding with DJ Pro.
I had the same issue when I bought mine FLX4. Looks like you are using Bluetooth connection instead the cable midi. The cue e and master sound does not work using Bluetooth. If you want to use djay with your controller using Bluetooth. Then you need a splitter cable and enable split output as the bro said. Try to use the controller using a usbc cable.

@@unityfrenzy938update your app or your flx4, i received my flx4 3 days ago and worked right off the bat when i plugged it into my ipad running djay ai pro, it has an official default mapping for the flx4
Works also great with the djay pro android version ( purchased app ). The only downside is that when someone calls or app you it disturbs the mixing session. First thing you gonna have to do is connecting it to windows on your pc in order to get it working on your smartphone and update the firmware if its need to.
I use Google pixel 7 and it works pretty proper. It makes me so happy 😁
On IOS if you turn on silent mode then you will not hear notifications when you DJ. Did you try this on android?
