Cat needs to stop crossing her arms and clenching her hands. Her gestures come across as severe and disingenuous. She doesn't seem to engage in what the guest is saying. It's like she's more aware of how she'll react or appear on screen. She needs to understand that it's not about her. She should watch Fern Britton's interviews with guests.
