imagine the bed decided to 'close' at night, while you're sleeping in it
Dracula dream bed.
@@Alrucards giving me anxiety just thinking about it 😫
Or if it goes down while you're under it
Yeah, might want to disconnect the power just to be safe.
When I was a child the end of my every dream was my Bed (with me in it) falling down right before I woke.
No. And I’m not here to normalize paying millions for a tiny apartment where a Murphy bed is the only option.
No, the end goal will be folding yourself into a travel airtight ziplock bag. Then sucking all the air out.
@@samuelhastings6859 for 4000 a month
some people don't care to have a bunch of space becuase they arent sitting at home all day like you.
😂😂😂😂
The fact that people would pay that much for so little space will always baffle me. I guess everyone has different priorities. 🤷♀️
It’s because New York is a big name city and everybody with the dream to become famous goes there with no moneu
Everyone has different familial and friendship bonds. For those of us that are actually really from New York: we mostly can’t imagine leaving because of the bonds🤷🏽♀️
Time is finite money inst
Hell no bro I already told you. That's not rent That's a mortgage.
I have a friend who the same layout (and I supposed square footage) in LA. He was single and traveled a lot and it was a perfect apartment for him.
The only problem I have with apartments is that they are getting even more compact at a higher price than a modest home property and every one is trying to normalize living inside a small confined spaces like a sardine in a can.
The rich cram you in a box, take all your money and laugh on the way back to 5th Ave
@@nordicwarrior9566 yup yup
The people who created this housing problem deserve a beheading
Eat the bug, live in the pod.
But some people don’t need space I’m one of those people moved from a small one bedroom into a two bedroom and I wish I would’ve stayed in the smaller space people are different
The prices of these micro apartments in NY is absolutely criminal
Not worth $3500 and not micro could easily get a nicer larger place
womp womp
@@erikvanconover LMAO
It’s great if the electricity is working. If there is a power outage, you will be on the couch. If the bed is malfunctioning, you may be stuck in that thing.
And for some reason I doubt it has a safety system
U need only real energy for lifting up. When build smart, then one can unlock the mec to bring it down by hand.
No complication, just get a sofa -bed.
It's brand new. And got an occupancy permit. The building probably has a generator. And yeah, I could sleep on that huge couch!
This isn’t a micro apartment lol, tons of studios in the city are sub 300sqft
Rent. RENT for 3500 a month. You do you. We keep paying these absurd prices and they’ll continue to go up.
"Would you move in?" Yeah that's a funny joke, I'd move in if NYC wasn't a cesspool and expensive
I love the look of this apt but I feel that's too expensive especially when you consider places like South Korea and Japan where they do the same type of micro apt designs for more affordable prices.
470sft. is not micro. That is a small 1 bedroom or large studio. I'm in a 518 sft 1 bdrm and it's ample and comfortable just for 1 person. Micro is usually when the builder has to apply for variances from the department of permitting to build something that is the smaller than the smallest current legally allowed unit (in the name of affordability). It depends on what city you are in, but it could be
My 1 bed room is 700 square ft for 935
I used to live in a 545 SQ foot apt that had a walk in closet + a w/d in unit. If they actually planned these apartments well space wouldn't be an issue but they don't so they're all awful.
1x1 apartment, 1100 sq ft in a large city in Texas for 1000 a month.
I've seen this apartment before over on Cash's channel some time ago. It's a smart apartment.
love Cash
A smart apartment built in a smart community for their smart neighborhoods and smart cities , to go along with their smart technology's and smart surveillance State . Gotcha 👌
Exorbitant price there’s no way I would pay that no way buying a home is cheaper
Baby boomer alert. Most of us owe $100,000 plus in school loans by the time we are 25. And houses on average in a good area run 300k
It's NYC. Probably a prime location
@@trint3089this didn’t age well at all lol. Try 500k
I’d move in for $1500. This apt costs more than my 5000 sq foot mansion I have in Atlanta. 😂
If that's a micro apartment then I'm a fricking unicorn 🤣
Let’s see how much this is worth when everyone moves out of new York and the property value goes down
Real estate prices in NYC have skyrocketed back up again in the past 6 months. Never gonna happen
I luv crazy fictions too 🤣
@@TravelBug189 wealthy people are leaving New York

$3,500 in mortgage payments would get you a 6,000 sq ft brand new home on an acre here in DFW
That's not anywhere close to a micro but it looks like a nice layout for a studio.
Dude imagine it’s sexy time and you have to wait for the bed to lower -
Who tf has $3500 a month just for rent for 1 person?
Oh the rich people hon
That is what rent is in NYC
Who’s moving there ? 😂 everyone is leaving New York
My mind tells me to jump onto the bed when its still coming down
I can rent a whole house probably with a pool here... for that much. And a huge apartment for way less.
I absolutely love that bed feature
Even if it was empty, it would still be the same amount because they’ll say the view and kitchen is why it cost so much 😂
Needed a full tour😄🤩
Coming soon!
With people leaving NY in droves, no. I’ll wait until the owner decides to be reasonable about this shit hole.
I can get this for 500 in switzerland, a much prettier country than new york city is as a city
I would be scared there would be some sort of malfunction with the bed at night and it crushes me to the ceiling while I’m sleeping 😳
Right
This is how plots for final destination is made
That’s twice the cost of my monthly mortgage for a 3.8k square foot house 😂
Would you move in
And the back singers go “Oh nono nono nono no no”
Looks like a hotel. Waiting for the full video
Yes.🙋
I ❤ NY!
Yes!!! Like this idea so much.
That's a cool hanging bed
yesir !
470ft, thats a medium size apartment in Paris lol
Paris sucks compared to newyork
@@indomiepanggang4258 Paris is New Saudi Arabia at this point.
lol yes, this isn’t micro anywhere really. My parent’s studio in buenos aires is just around 270 square feet and i wouldn’t even consider it micro, it’s perfectly fine for 1 person tbh
You kidding me? This looks nicer than the majority of studios in Manhattan.
I'd rather normalize people with normal salaries being able to have normal apartments and houses again
Definitely nicer than any other studio that I've seen
Perfect but would add hidden storage for seasonal items. Clutter kills the vibe in apartment living.
The ceiling bed keeps floor clear but lowers the ceiling, visually making the space appear smaller than it is.
Yeah but this guy is like six foot something I’m pretty sure. So not that small of a space height wise.
This bed is like 007 style xD
That view! 😍
If you worked multiple jobs and had to wait for your bed and just ended up sleeping on the couch lol 😂
I wouldn't live in cage when I have a house with yard, dogs and cats.
"micro apartment"... Girl, my whole apartment is the size of that damn kitchen
I'm using that 3500 to rent me an entire house in another state that's as big as those $100 million penthouses
I love this bed
$3500? I'd just rent a regular 1 bedroom instead. 😆
Hell no! A studio apartment in Michigan costs $1200! Government doesn’t want you to live anywhere
Worthed🥰
Why is no one mentioning the simple problem of the bed facing away from the tv.
No thanks. I’ll stick to living in Queens in my house with my yard…only paying 1500. Can’t wait to get in my pool this summer.
It’s all fun and games until your dog sits on the controls and it goes up with you in it.
No, point of micro is to save money as well.
Yes TV behind your head is perfect.
Where is the rest of the unit??😳
Can you do vdos of this type more?
Yes...love it.
My trust issues caaannntttt with that bed rope
This is sooo much better than my $3250/month studio………. The only perks my apartment had were the location between 5th and 6th, on 18th street, and a window in the kitchen.
I would move in if he is included with the rent 😝
Dude aint even facing the tv when the bed come down
There’s so much room for activities! 🕺🏽
What if there’s a technical difficulty?
Nah ✋🏻
Is that bed setup specific for that home or design for other homes too??
What happens during a power outage?
Considering it’s New York that is very nice and worth the 💰
It's all fun and games until you can't watch TV in bed...
It's like a permanently parked RV.
Unlike most of the comments I’m ok with a micro apartment. But for that price?! What’s the point of a micro apartment if it’s the same price as a normal apartment.
A studio for $3500 IS NOT THE FUTURE
Nice ❤️ 😊
Micro? That’s huge!
No way. I wouldn’t be able to shake the fear that the bed would lift and crush me to death
City folks, stay where you are. Enjoy your place
I like your jacket
Yeah I think the 700 room rentals in my city is crazy
3500 /month is what I make every month after taxes.
All I can see is outdoor shoes inside and shoes on the bed 🤢
Love it
Would I move in??? Well that depends on who's paying the rent.... lol
No. Nope. When ants fly. 😂
Yes I would
Bruh. That's a studio.
It’s just me or he looks like a Gta character walking
This is 💫 ducking ridiculous 💫
Ah yes the motorized furniture will never fail for the duration of the lease
Had all the pack
But forgot my back pack
Do I need a jet pack
To get it back ?
I pay $1,200 for a 1,030 sq foot 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in Austin. So fuck no lmfao I wouldn’t pay more than $1,500 for a 2 bedroom let alone paying nearly 4 grand for a 1 bedroom.
Would I get crushed to death if the bed raised with me sleeping lol
it has sensors and wont go up if you are laying in it
What if the sensors malfunctioned 🤣😘💕
@@andrew4809 Then, given you would survive, you could file suit against the manufacturer on the basis of product liability?
I would move in just to destroy it. Disgusting especially for that amount
What a Hustler
No way in hell that should be worth that much
That is gigantic for being called micro
This "micro" appartment is bigger than my house
I'll gladly live in a giant home in the country side.
