After 13 years of playing the Open Tee series, I didn’t know the maximum points you could get was 9999! Good job, you really took it up a level, this would be 99.999999% IMPOSSIBLE on PSP in general, you’re the first to get a perfect score, and it even took less than 4 hours, it doesn’t matter if you used save states, this is still breaking through the human limit
Even with using save states, that is still quite impressive. My personal best in that game was -27. I have so many nostalgic memories of Open Tee and I can still name all of the characters, courses, and caddies by heart.
@@TitanicGaming32 I think the best score you could get without hole-in-ones, double eagles, and chip-in eagles on the long par 4's(as those still require a considerable amount of dumb luck regardless of skill) is about -29 or -30 so there's still room for improvement.
Hot Shots Golf Open Tee 2 has 6 new courses exclusive to that game and these 6 courses from the first game. There's 10 new characters and also the 10 characters from the first game. There are also 5 new caddies. So for the new characters we have: • Carly • Luke • Alice • Malachy • Frau Ada • Montcalm • Lauryn • Mifune • Lee • Chad And these 10 return from the first game: • Mika (She can be found on Hole 12 in Nakagawa Public. To unlock her, you must have made a chip-in on any hole.) • Rio (He can be found up a tree on Hole 6 in Central Golf Square. To unlock him, you must have scored a bogey or worse on any hole.) • Alia (She can be found on Hole 14 in South Alps. Your character needs to have equipped a magic broom so you can use it on her.) • Shu (He can be found lying on the ground on Hole 15 in Michinoku Pass. You need to use any female character to get him up on his feet.) • Julie (She can be found practing kendo on Hole 17 in Autumn Pagoda. To unlock her, your character must be Mifune. Turns out Mifune is Julie's brother.) • CJ (He can be found on Hole 4 in Olive Coast. When I played through this hole in a Tournament setting with Lauryn, CJ immediately noticed her "beauty". So I think that means to unlock him, you need to use a young female character.) • Patricia (She can be found right as you hit the course (Hole 1) in Gamelan Island. You need to equip a male character with a swimsuit to get her to notice you.) • Logan (He can be found on Hole 13 in Golden Desert. Your character needs to have equipped the Expert class Big Air club. In HSGOT2, Logan is listed as an Expert class character. So even if you use an Intermediate class character equipped with a Big Air club, Logan won't be unlocked.) • Holly (She can be found on Hole 6 in Dino Park. She's playing Hide and Seek with someone. If you play through the front course in a Tournament setting using Malachy, he will find her and she'll be unlocked. Turns out Holly is Malachy's older sister.) • Roger (He can be found on Hole 17 in El Andes. To unlock him, your character needs to be Frau Ada. As it turns out, Frau Ada is Roger's mother.)
It was a Japanese version of the player. There were several points of interest. In the Japanese version, some PAR4 cannot be seen as green unless you use mountainside, SBS, or SSS. I thought that I, not TAS, was increasing the distance by cheating. Here's the reason. The Japanese version of the character's name, ``Aaron,'' can only hit 305 yards (using power shots) with the club and ball set that can hit the longest distance.
There’s a lot of things that influence your distance in any particular shot. Wind, the ground height distance between you and where the ball goes (the ball travels further if the ground is lower) and the direction of the slope while your ball rolls. Additionally, hitting hard surfaces like cart paths allows your ball to bounce more than hitting the grass. You need to take all these things into account on any shot but especially when you’re aiming for the green, the hole may be 120 yards away but there’s a good chance you’ll need to hit more or less than 120 yards of power depending on these factors. The club you use and spin you apply is also important, the lower your shot is, the earlier the ball will hit the ground and the more it will continue to roll forwards. Doing a high trajectory is often ideal for approach shots but they are also more effected by wind than low shots.
Is that the American name of the game? This is clearly a game called Everybody's Golf. Maybe my region has the same name as Japan as that's what I know it as.
Hit the ball with super backspin (by holding up while setting power and down while setting accuracy) and then you'll need the ball to hit the pin to get this effect
Definitely a cheat code was use Why would anybody hit the pin then land 10feet from the hole, have 80 feet of back spin hit pin 3 times then go in. Was still good to watch though
For backspin, hold up when setting power and then hold down when setting impact. For topspin, the opposite, down then up. For sidespin, left then right, or right then left.

That's good! My personal best is probably like -23 or -24.

Yeah
Is there a trick to getting the 5TNEPO character to work? Never seems to do anything when I use it
I don't know. You have to make it your name when you start a new save. It only works on the first Open Tee, the second one has a different code.
4:10 how to do this?
