Are playing this android emulator or pc, because on my android it seems to cap at 15fps
Well, the PSP is usually at 30fps. I don’t know why most Androids don’t pick up a lot of frames per second. If you get the problem fixed, You could try looking at my latest Hot Shots Tennis PS2 video, and see if 60fps works for you.
