TRAVEL FIT | 20-Min Lower Body Workout - No Equipment, Perfect For Travelling

  • TRAVEL FIT - 💪 Welcome to today’s workout session! Today, we're focusing on a LOWER BODY workout using only bodyweight. Over the next 20 minutes, we’ll be performing 10 different exercises, each repeated twice. You'll work for 45 seconds on each exercise, followed by a 20-second rest. Remember to listen to your body, take breaks when needed, and adjust the intensity to suit your fitness level. Let’s get ready to push our limits and feel the burn!
    Workout Breakdown:
    Warm-Up (3 minutes)
    Squat x 2
    Wide Squat x 2
    Split Squat x 2
    Suitcase Squat x 2
    Sumo Squat x 2
    Curtsy Lunge - R x 2
    Curtsy Lunge - L x 2
    Reverse Squat x 2
    Squat Hold x 2
    Calf Raise x 2
    Cool-Down (2-5 minutes)
    - Full body stretches
    Workout Structure:
    - Perform each exercise for 45 seconds.
    - Rest for 20 seconds between exercises.
    - Complete as many sets as possible within the 30-minute timeframe.
    - Adjust weights and intensity based on your fitness level.
    - Focus on maintaining proper form throughout each exercise.
    Equipment:
    - Body weight
    - Mat (optional)
