      I think he created the entire reason he gives for committing his crimes. He wanted to shock and surprise people while pretending to be a victim of an unjust system. When in reality, he's just a POS criminal and drug addict.
      In 1994, he was sentenced to 15yrs in prison because he robbed his dad at gunpoint and made him withdraw 10,000$. He was released at the end of November 2010. Within two weeks he robs a bank in Florida. He is then sentenced to 7 and a half years. He was released in May 2017 and killed Jennifer in September of 2017. The narrator addressed your question... As stated, he wasn’t found guilty of the actual murder rather secondary charges. At least here in Florida, judges typically decide the length of sentence based on sentencing guidelines. Regarding the jury, you don’t convict someone on just feelings alone, you convict based on the evidence you’ve been provided.

    • @Bendrix27
      @Bendrix27 8 месяцев назад

      @@TitaniumTurbineThe evidence the jury was provided with proved without a doubt that the defendant is an absolute psychopath based on his own admissions to what he did. Wonder if drugs were found in both their systems or not. Tbh, I've seen where ppl were partying and someone died from drinking and drugging amd the police were still called so if it did happen the way he said it did there was really no excuse as to why he didn't call the police because if he really didn't kill his dad for that money then it shouldn't had been a problem to call the police.
