This is so interesting how Hannah try to explain etsy ads. I watched Hannah for so many years. Last thursday, I started etsy ads for the first time. I agree you have to have a WHY to start this business because it is extremely hard and this ads is easier than FB ads.
I find it hard to make much profit with ads on POD when margins are so small but my views are so low compared to last year I think I might have to try again
Great video! I'm struggling with ads now. One of my listings spent $30 in two weeks, and I only got 1 sale! It scared me, & I turned it off. I feel like I'm just losing money. Should I have left it on for 30 days?
Thanks Heather! Love you and Hannah. Have an Etsy shop and am advertising at $550.00 a day. Not doing great yet but tweaking and changing as needed. Not letting fear based decision making take over. Hannah's advise makes perfect sense more than many others I've watched. I like that she recommends examining the why, especially since this is is a tough industry. Also, I am in SC. Would love to meet you one day and talk Etsy and SC! I have lived here my whole life and hope you are enjoying your new home, being a newlywed and not letting our heat get to you! Cheers!
Thanks for watching and the kind words here! Love SC and the Carolinas, it's so beautiful out here. Thank you for the congrats on everything as well and best of luck in your Etsy shop with the Ads!
Hello Heather, May I ask your opinion? My shop has been open for ten years, and for 7 years I had a monthly income of over $4,000. But in the last two years, it has been mostly inactive (no listing, but not in vacation mode). If I now reactivate the listings that were previously best sellers, will that be helpful? Or is it better to open a completely new listing? Also, will my store be seen as a "dead store" by Etsy? Should I open a new store instead? I hope to see your reply, thank you very much.
