What happened to the part where he heard the other officer also "rack his baton"? and did they both forget their pepper spray??? Are they not trained to take people down instantly and then arrest them, instead of fighting knives with sticks, & getting into a "Mexican stand-off"? He was a traffic officer and so doesn't carry pepper spray and he was recovering for weeks. Don't be a negative miserable person
