So I'm on major copium right now, but timeline wise:
Monster Hunter World let press play the game for 25 minutes (which was an Ancient Forest demo with Great Jagras and Anjanath) in September of 2017. Then three months later came the PS Plus demo with all 14 weapons and three hunting quests (December 9th-12) and then the game came out January 2018.
So since they're letting press and the public play the game right now as of August, I honestly wonder if we're set for a similiar timeline. I do think the release date will be revealed at Tokyo Game Show, because if it isn't and becomes another TGA reveal than it will end up being Q2-Q3.
OTHERWISE, I'm all in on snorting late January-early march release window copium.

Lol thats Q1 copium is real but honesyly Q2 feels more reasonable and frankly I'd prefer that. Gives me more time to hit my speedrun goals in World and Stories!

LOL Seriously, Wilds weapons look like the best of both World and Rise! I can't wait!
There's some interesting stuff going on with demon mode for dual blades. Unless it's just sfx, it appears that there's some form of animation canceling or a choose-your-own-combo function.
Yea it seems tk have alternsting paths for the combo. Interested to get my hands on it one of these days.
@@JalBagel unfortunately it seems like whenever a AAA company gives just a year for release, and the year is close, it means end of Q4. 🥲
