Indians are amazing folks, they have not only kept this world war 2 monster alive but made it look and ride like any other modern motorcycles. I would love to ride one of those .
I’ve never seen such amazing cutaway engine displays as those. What an incredible plant. Thanks for the peek behind the scenes, Fuzzy!! RE is going to break my bank. I’ve owned six of them (so far!😅)
Royal Enfield has three manufacturing units in and around in Chennai in Southern India including their oldest Original Madras Motors unit set up in the 50s
Love those pinstripes done by hand! I'd buy the new Bullet on that reason alone. Royal Enfield has so much going on to be proud of. I wish there was some way I could be involved.
What an amazing vision and concept to create a brand that continues to thrive and develop with the consumer in mind and deliver a product that is truly inspiring 👍👍
Simply superb! How I wish they made the new Scram as a 442 and imported it to America! Their factory is fantastic and I am so very happy for you that you got to visit it! Thank you! SS in The USA!
What a cool experience. Classic looks. Pre dates Harley and Indian I believe. I’m not looking it up haha. I can sure tell how much you love bikes. I can appreciate that myself. Thanks for the video bud.
Yup. Royal Enfield is the oldest global motorcycle brand in continuous production. Established in 1893, i believe, though they only sold bicycles then.

Visited this place. Another similar place existed 15ys ago was HM ambassador factory in Uttarpara, Kolkata. Unfortunately the company went bankrupt, it was the biggest car manufacturer of India before 2000s. Their taxis are everywhere in India. The design was inspired by Morris oxford. If Royal enfield was rolls royce of Indian bikes, HM ambassador was for cars. Now there is rail factory in their land in Uttarpara, which is owned by Titagarh wagons, which is actually India's biggest pvt rail company and mnc, operating train in europe too. You can visits them maybe ...
Surprising how visitors were allowed inside the Royal Enfield plant because Europeans don’t allow visitors to see their manufacturing plants, for example we were not allowed inside the BMW plant in Munich,we were only shown their small museum out side the plant, similarly during visit to Mercedes plant in Stuttgart we were shown their car museum,no doubt it was an excellent one but the point is that we could not see the manufacturing plant, may be we were I’ll-informed.
RE bikes are small in scale because they are tailored for india's population. Besides, they never learned to bolt them: all RE's will be leaving parts behind them...terrible build quality and disgraceful "longevity".
there is a fortnine video comparing the quality of different bikes and their engine build etc the test included all sorts of bikes from ducati to honda to RE...guess who won??? RE of 2024 is not the same as the RE of 2004 or even 2014....
@@superchargedpetrolhead LOOOOOL you people are delusional. Just look it up on youtube THOUSANDS of videos of these cheap indian craps and their endless list of problems. I know you are being paid to promote their shit. RE is shit like india.

Those pinstriping folks are amazing ! A steady hand and a good eye !
They must've painted thousands of fuel tanks by now, so at this point they can probably do it in their sleep!
For sure!

It's a true art form.

If it was in the US there would be plastic barrier, police tape and a HR guy keeping you away from it.
I am very pleased to see Royal Enfield doing so well. Long may it continue. They are doing all the right things.

Am not sure when the valve check is needed. We have done three checks in the last 17,000 miles. The third check required the valves to be adjusted.
