On tv i saw the tourists go home and sprayed with water via water pistols- this upset me so i decided to ask people their thoughts in #alcudia old town on Market Day!!
Thanks Andrew - Unfortunately it is happening all over Spain both mainland and the islands. After 25 years of owning a property in Mallorca we're selling up. Post-Brexit, high taxes, high prices, poor weather and now the protests. Such a shame.
@@JCPhotographyMallorca there was protests at that time too... probably will be until this small minority of people get there way, which they won't! All they want to achieve is affordable housing for residents, stopping illegal lettings... I agree with that too.

Hi Andrew love watching your channel it's brilliant we've been over to cala bona in may this year no problems with anti tourism at all been coming to Majorca for 20 years ❤
We’re coming to Alcudia for the first time in September and discovered your channel, thanks for your great walk about video’s, very useful, you even walked passed the hotel we’re staying at. And thanks for putting our mind at rest about these issues

The airport of Mallorca is a disaster. Organization is not efficient. Airport itself not modern. Spain should have the money to give that airport a huge upgrade. Specially with all the tourist money. Mallorca itself is great. People are ok not too nice not too rude.
Great video Andrew, we need more people like you interested in sharing truthful videos. Thanks for helping.
please can u email me as i’ve a plan to possibly work together. thanks Andrew
When we were over in May there was some writing on one of the new beach bars in Alcudia saying ' Tourists go home '
Yes u have seen this sign , i ignored it.
This is a great video, well done for getting out & speaking to people.
Thanks, i’m hoping to do a few more of these sort of videos..
Reallygood Video Andrew. We live here now and its good to hear visitors reactions to all this.Thankyou.
They’ll be more interviews coming soon on different topics.
Very interesting video and channel. It's really super expensive here, I agree with the other people mentioning this before
indeed prices have rocketed on everything,, wages don’t match.
Well I've seen it, everything is a complete disaster!
Hi, where did you see it?
I agree Andrew, great idea... put people's minds at rest. As a resident in Mallorca for 16 years I couldnt reiterate this more x
O dear,,

I dont know why as i just think back to covid when there was lots of posters up saying sos tourismo. 🤷♀
That’s what i thought Jess covid was terrible and they want it back.

How true.
Speak to the mallorquinas Andrew.
I’m going to alcudia in 2 weeks and I’m a little concerned despite the video and it’s too late now to change the holiday
Honestly you’ll find nothing bad here.
Hi
Andy, the media blowing it all up out of proportion as per usual ?
Yes i believe it is.

@@Anonymous-un2nj palma airport is one of the better airports... depends on your comparison. Certainly better than any UK airport I've been too.
That’s a strange thing to say, personally i think PMI is ok, needs to look at passport control to help flow people faster but that’s it.
I came though it last week waited 20 mins in the duty free queue ( it’s not duty free though most items cheaper at home)
