I LOVE Budae Jjigae! I make mine with bologna, ground turkey, mozzarella cheese, and LOTS of green onion and kimchi. This is comfort food at its finest.

Thanks for sharing this recipe. I just had it and taste so good. When i am craving for spicy food i always turn to Korean recipes. Its so easy to follow compared to making Malaysian food (where i am originally from however living abroad now).
