Hello again, today, we have a special new video to show you what you can achieve at our coffee roasting classes! Chances are, if you have ever been into our Roastery, you will have seen Adam roasting away in the back, producing wonderfully alluring aromas of our single origin varieties. If you've ever been curious to learn the process of how Adam does it: then this course is for you!
This course teaches the theory behind the roasting development process inside the bean, including the heating elements, controls, building profile curves, changing reactions, coffee defects, roasting methods for single origin coffee beans and handling of the roasting machines. We will study the mathematics behind the profile curve and its relation with sensory tasting. Become a master at coffee roasting!
We have 2 classes every Wednesday, from either 09:30-11:00 or 17:00-18:30, at our Flat Iron Coffee Roastery, London.
