Diskpart clean performed accidentally? How to undo diskpart clean command?
MiniTool Partition Wizard, professional and simple tool, can help to easily and quickly recover partition after diskpart clean.
Step 1: select "Partition Recovery Wizard" from the Wizards menu.
Step 2: skip the Welcome page to go on.
Step 3: now choose a disk to recover.
Step 4: here we need to set scanning range for the selected disk. Since partition loss happens on the whole drive, we choose "Full Disk" and continue.
Full Disk: this will scan the whole disk to find the lost partitions.
Unallocated Space: this will only cover the unallocated space to find the lost partitions.
Specified Range: this enables to choose a partition block to scan. Also it allows us to enter the starting LBA and ending LBA directly.
Step 5: here choose a scanning method. Normally it is suggested to choose "Quick Scan" at first for time-saving. If it doesn't find the lost partitions, turn to "Full Scan". Continue.
Step 6: Double-click a partition and we can view the tree structure of the files/folders in it.
Step 7: now tick the partitions we need and click "Finish".
Step 8: assign a letter for the recovered partition(s) using "Change Drive Letter" feature if you want to see it in Windows Explorer, and then click "Apply" button on the top to perform partition recovery.

Hi, you can use the free version of the program to see if it can find your lost data/partition. If yes and you are able to preview some photos or documents, you can purchase our program to recover them all.

@@minitoolsoftware I'm not able to find my partitions.. The partitions were working fine but they turned into Raw and I'm unable to access anything. I tried the tool and it didn't show any partition. Do I have to delete the partition and then attempt partition recovery? I'm scared to do that without being sure that I'd get the data and the partitions back? HELP

Hello, I accidentally clean my internal hdd disk and create primary partition in diskpart and format it to fat32. In the middle of progress I just realize that I selected the wrong disk. I was panicked and restart my pc (coz IDK how to stop it) after restart my int hdd drive was gone. Now it is appeared as E: (only 1 partition, before was divided to 3 partition). I already scan using 3 diff recover app but found nothing.. why? Is my drive data cant be recovered?

Thanks for the guide. I am facing a problem after I hit apply (after I was done with the partition recovery). It told me that it cannot perform the tasks as Drive C is in use. I was given an option to close all open tasks or restart the PC and changes shall be taken cared therafter. I did close all open tasks bit that didn't work so I decided to restart. Now it went to a blue screen error code 0xc0000225. 😥

I'm trying to fix my hard drive due to file directory is invalid then i came to a video showing how to solve that, then it led me to diskpart clean command, the tutorial video showes me that there will be an option to format the disk or not after clicking the diskpart clean but that message didn't appear on me, i was shock that before the status is healthy active primary partition but after the diskpart clean, it became Unallocated. Accidently erased my main disk by mistake with Diskpart. Tried this software twice...partition recovery. 2 hours or more. Each time, after I select the partitions after scan, and select "Finish": nothing. Other than allowing me to select the drive letter...but not recovering. VERY frustrating. Can anyone help?

Please help. I was trying to convert mbr to gpt using command prompt. And on the command prompt after selecting disk 0 I type clean and enter. Then I got the error msg. And after doing that all my other 3 partition are lost. Only C :drive remains. Please helpppp

@@hammadulhaque3543 just assign the drive letters. When I thought I lost my partitions, the drives letter were erased or removed so they were not showing up like they were supposed to. So I assigned the drive letters and they are back normal
At windows 10 installation, at first I have formatted C drive. So there is no set up. After that I have gone to Command for MBR to GPT. At that time all data cleaned. Now it's showing unallocated space all the hard disk.
Now how I can use mini tool there is no set up. Will I set up the PC first?
