The idea of the whole trade market is something I still can't wrap my head around.

This story is too similar to another i heard recently, he clearly attributed his success because there is no formula for these kind of deals, this right here is just marketing, which I don't think you can teach luck
Then luckily for us we can repeat luck as we have done many of these sort of deals over the years.

Hi I am unemployed and interested in investing on property. The one I like is to rent a property for torists eg they come for business meeting, a week , weekend or holiday. What I want to know is can I have in this platform this kind of investment.
I am a University student and have been dreading investing in property ever since, so I started saving every cent so I can actually reach my goal. Still saving, cause I do not know where to even start, which direction to take. However, I know this is a path I want to take.
As a student or someone not earning a regular income yet the best route is to look for a great property deal and then find an investor to either buy the property from you for a fee or partner with you. Starting young is always the best option as you have time on your side and property does best over time. Good luck!

What percentage of profit or revenue would I get, if I approach an investor with R1000 and a house deal which cost R500000 which will generate us R10000 every month?A rough estimation will be highly appreciated
It depends on your role in the deal. If you are just selling the deal to the investor then you can ask for a once-off sourcing fee and get between 3-10% off the sales price. If you are offering the investor a full turn key solution and you will be doing all the work, like managing, renovation, the sale etc.. You should get between 40-60% of the profit of the deal.

Greetings mates, Most newbies usually undermine and neglect the importance of technical analysis with regards to trading. Technical analysis overly predicts the movement of assets prices regardless of what is happening in the wider or broader market. Essentially, the education involves studying the paths of a particular asset movement in this past so as to establish a sustainable pattern that can be used to predict future movement of an asset.
